The "Lemon Apartment" of "Avgi's Home" is one out of three special apartments recently renovated to the most precise detail. The original floors, windows, shutters and all other old, characteristics were carefully preserved yet done with care and equipped with the highest quality materials and facilities to maximize the pleasure of stay. Working space. Convenient for Business people, quiet and cozy yet very centrally located.
A very special well illuminated, fully air-conditioned 2 room apartment. A separate entrance leading into a unique patio with sitting corner and a large sofa-bed converted into a comfortable double bed (1.4x2.00m). Large and luxurious living room with sofas. Bedroom with a double bed 1.6x2.00m. Bathroom with all necessities. Well equipped with brand new facilities: Air Conditioning (cooling and heating), Smart LG TV (43"), Fast Internet/WiFi. Kichenette equipped with mini fridge, Microwave, Nespresso machine with capsules. Toaster, Kettle. Beautiful relaxing patio that turns into a cozy sleeping place (fully air-conditioned and blackouts for convenience). Suitable for a couple + up to 2 more adults or 2-3 children. To be pre-arranged with us.
