A true country retreat with breathtaking views located in the quiet village of Wykeham.

In a nod to its heritage and setting in North Yorkshire, Old Orchard Cottage exudes rural relaxation.

Inspired by its rural setting, the cottage comprises of:

- Lounge featuring wooden flooring, sofa; free wifi, Samsung Smart TV, Sky, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ and YouTube

- Bedroom comprising of: (super comfy) King Size bed, Ottoman, bedside tables and lamps, 2 large double wardrobes and large chair.

- Kitchen with: 5 ring induction hob, mini oven, microwave, fridge, Krupps Nespresso Coffee Maker with pods, Nespresso Frother and breakfast bar. All crockery, glass-wear and utensils

- Large bathroom with towels (bath sheets and hand towels), large corner power 'rain' shower (guests' favourite feature!), storage, toilet and sink.

- Utility/Boot Room with washer dryer machine, hanging rack

Pets are welcome to stay at a cost of only 10 pounds per stay with a 'fur babies' pet rent pot located in the cottage for ease.

Located close to Scarborough (7 miles), Pickering (11 miles), Helmsley (21 miles) and Whitby (23 miles) guests will have access to the likes of nearby North Yorkshire Water Park, Dawnay Estate game shoot (Sep-Feb), Raptor viewpoint, incredible star gazing (outside your front door!) country pubs and a host of other indoor and outdoor activities.

Fabulous farmhouse stay

We had an absolutely wonderful time in this beautiful recently renovated farm cottage. Situated in beautiful country side yet only a short distance away from everything you need including a lovely dog friendly pub. The hostess Robyn was so friendly and recommended some lovely places for us to visit. Communication was spot on. We will definitely be visiting again xx
