The Greci Studio is a refined open space top-floor with high wooden beamed ceilings and contemporary feel located in the Castello District.

It is located only 5 minutes’ walk to St. Mark's Square and 3 minutes’ walk to the Vaporetto stop of San Zaccaria, but the best way to reach the apartment is by water taxi, which drops you off right next to the building. You can also find excellent restaurants, cafés, shops and supermarkets in the immediate surroundings.

It measures about 70 square meters and features 5 meters tall ceilings, with plenty of large windows for guaranteed natural lighting all year long. There is a small entrance room where you can leave your coats to keep the loft tidy. The furniture is vintage, rather minimalistic. The kitchen is really full optional: you can literally have a cooking show if you like! There is a large wardrobe in case you are planning to stay for a while.
