Excellent location. Restaurants, water taxis are nearby. Carpet in living room needs cleaning. Need to install a shower curtain in the downstairs bathroom to avoid the toilet paper and bathroom from getting wet. Would rent again if we come back.
"We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was excellent, with modern appliances, and plenty of space. We especially loved relaxing on the terrace in the evenings. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Venice with easy access to all the shops and activities. Being so close to a main water taxi and water bus stop made getting to and from the airport and train station a breeze. The nearby gondola station was an added bonus. We couldn't have asked for a better place and will definitely stay here again!"
We had a fantastic stay at the Panoramic Terrace. Check-in communication was easy and extremely accommodating - we weren't exactly sure when we would arrive to the apartment, and they were flexible and easy to work with. The apartment itself is exactly as listed. The main bedroom bath are on a lower level, which worked great for our group of 3 adults one 6yo. The beds were comfortable, the A/C worked great, plenty of hot water and the kitchen was well equipped (though we didn't do any cooking). We spent many mornings and evenings on the roof deck and loved having the multiple levels to spread out across. The elevator was a great bonus and the location couldn't be better. We loved this apartment!
We loved our stay. It was perfect for our group of 2 couples. The apartment was very clean. We loved the location…easy walks to Rialto Bridge, the Grand Canal, St. Mark’s Square, etc. The rooftop terrace was perfect for morning coffee and cocktails in the evening. There were many restaurants/shops very close to the apartment. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to immerse themselves in Venice.

We got bed bugs. BED BUGS! 500 USD night and we got BED BUGS!Bathroom showers were ridiculous. One was tiny, tiny, the other had no shower curtain or door. Water sprayed everywhere. I had to ask for more towels to mop it up. (We initially were each given a bath towel and that was it)The Panoramic view is of clay roofs. It’s nothing to enjoy. And it’s difficult to access. There are steps and levels throughout the flat and sloped ceilings. BE CAREFUL!We had to go on a treasure hunt to find the key and then find the actual VRBO. In Venice I’ve always been greeted by the host.
The flat is spacious and beautifully designed — and it’s in a perfect location in Cannaregio amid shops and restaurants. It’s just off a major street but very quiet. The main room (living dining kitchen) is on the primary floor along with a bedroom that has twin beds and full bath. The main bedroom is downstairs with full bath and there’s a lovely roof deck upstairs from the primary room. So the flat is on three levels. Amazingly for Venice, there is an excellent lift to get to the flat. The property managers were terrific. Responsive and very helpful. This is the idealPlace to experience Venice. Not in the middle of tourist craziness but very close to the major sights.
This place is a great apartment. I loved the rooftop terrace and all the skylights. The location is fantastic, just off the Grand Canal and a main walking route plus close to a water bus stop.My minor issue was that the air conditioning had trouble keeping up with the heat. It wasn't overly hot, but the AC units were not able to keep things down in the 24 degree Celcius range. It rarely got below 27-28 during the day and maybe 25 at night. They were working but perhaps not perfectly efficiently. (?) To be fair, I did not contact anyone about it to see if it might be a quick fix, which is why I still gave it 5 stars. It truly was a very nice spot, and all the communication with the management was prompt and very, very good. I don't know how it could have been better. We were met in person and shown around the apartment when we arrived. That was a great experience, and Venice is a unique, magical place. I would likely stay here again if we return.
