Bright apartment located in the historic centre of Venice near Fondamente Nuove. The apartment is spread over two floors: on the ground floor there is a dining room, a small kitchen, a living room and a bathroom with toilet and sink. On the first floor there are two double rooms, two bathrooms with shower and a lounge. Refined furnishings with period furniture, Murano glass chandeliers and exposed beams. Upon request 2 additional beds (sofa bed). Maximum capacity 6 people. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM may require a supplement of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival).

Spacious and on a nice, quiet street, this apartment made our stay very comfortable. We had two bathrooms with sink, toilet, and shower, as well as an additional bathroom with a toilet and sink. We were able to have family breakfasts at the large table, and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep.

Great apartment and location

Was exactly as listed. It was clean and very comfortable. Loved being so close to the boat system and the water. Self checking was a plus and the area info book they have was very helpful.

Very nice and comfortable apartment in a quiet location close to the Vaparrato. Directions to the property were accurate and easy. Recommend that the property manager leave paper towels, garbage bags and other cleaning essentials to make things easier. Other than that, was a great experience.

This is a lovely property in a fantastic location!! It was very easy to get there from the airport, and it was right next to the water taxi stops. The communication with the property manager was very helpful, and I really appreciated all their tips on transportation from the airport. When we arrived, the door code didn’t work, but I called and someone came right away to change the batteries. We could have used more towels, but everything else was well stocked. There are two great cafes right around the corner for breakfast. I highly recommend this property if you are visiting Venice!

Nice home

Everything was as pictured. Really nice place for my small family. Only thing is, is to be ready to WALK from the train station with luggages. I did not realize how far it was going to be. And Venice is nothing but walking. Wifi was also not working when we were there. Still very nice and close to the water!

Family vacation

Excellent experience! Very good location and instructions on how to get to the destination. Property was very clean but kitchen is a little small so if you plan to cook it’s not a good option for you but enough to get a quick breakfast. Shower is great!!! I had difficulty turning the stove on because it’s different from the ones where I come from so I would suggest leaving instructions on how to turn it on 😂 I had to go to google it 😊
