This welcoming house is located in a quiet and authentic area of Venice, away from the chaos but convenient for easily reaching the main attractions of the city. A few minutes' walk from the vaporetto stop, which allows quick movement between various districts and towards the lagoon islands.

The house is spread over two floors and can accommodate up to six people, offering spacious and functional spaces, ideal for families, couples,groups of friends.

On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room, and a bathroom. Outside, there is a small private space with sofas and a table, where you can spend moments of relaxation in the open air.

The upper floor includes a living room, two double bedrooms, and a second bathroom. The spaces are bright and welcoming, designed to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The location is ideal for those who want to experience Venice authentically, enjoying the calm of a residential area while remaining close to the city's most famous places.

Check-ins are possible from 3 PM to 7 PM. Later check-ins are possible by prior agreement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 PM€50.00 by 11 PM. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required, and a rental contract will be completed and signed, which will also include the details of a credit card in the guests' name as a guarantee for damages.
