The apartment is located in the urbanization of Fener de Baix, 600 m from the beach, next to the ring road that goes from Llançà to Port de la Selva.

Llançà has an excellent selection of beaches and small coves, and great walking and cycling routes which pass through the unique scenery which is very characteristic of the area. It also offers a wide variety of activities for everyone, making the town an ideal destination for enjoying a break in the Costa Brava with family or friends or as a couple.
