Welcome to Villa Bini Blanca, a lovely, 3 bedroom, two bath Villa with a beautiful garden and private pool. It has been totally renovated to the highest standard from the 2024 season.
Detached villa set in attractive gardens with lawns, surrounded by hedges, palm trees, and shrubs. The large rear terrace with pool and tranquil garden area benefits from the sun for most of the day. The covered terrace has a beautiful dining area. The pool with its underwater lighting and the nearby BBQ area with bar seating make the perfect place to gather for drinks before dinner. New for 2025 is a covered pergola and seating area with a relaxing view to the pool. This Villa is the place to be to enjoy your holiday on Menorca.

The lounge is very inviting with a large dining table, comfy sofas, built-ins surrounding the pellet burner fireplace include a desk working area and wall-hung smart TV. The ceiling fan will also keep the room cool and inviting.

Being approx 1.5Km from San Climent (with its bars, restaurants, supermarket, butchers and chemists), and Mahon(the capital) some 7Km away, and the many beaches which are nearby, car hire is recommended.

This was our third time visiting this villa in the last three years and it never disappoints. The recent refurbishment has made an already very good holiday Villa an outstanding one. Wonderful garden

We enjoyed our stay - a few teething problems at first but quickly sorted. Definitely the best part of the house is the garden which has a large covered dining area and plenty of room around the pool. Outside of the pool area there are some beautiful plants and trees which go all around the house.

We were so lucky to have been the first family staying in this newly renovated beautiful Villa. A first class job has been made it is truly wonderful. Very spacious, clean & well thought out. It is maintained to a very high standard. The outside area is very spacious with a lovely pool. All situated in a peaceful location and offering good privacy. Lovely newly renovated home

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was very well appointed - we had everything we needed for a wonderful visit to Menorca! The pool was perfect, clean, and refreshing after a long sunny day at the beach. The kitchen and grill allowed us to share wonderful meals together on the patio, and the picnic supplies made our beach/hike excursions easy and enjoyable. We loved exploring the countless beautiful beaches, coves, swimming spots, and especially loved walking/hiking on the cumi de cavalles! Thank you for hosting us and we would love to come back!

Good Villa with excellent pool

Good sized Villa with excellent facilities. Can get a little hot in bedrooms as currently only have fans but once air conditioning installed that will not be a problem. Pool is excellent. Cleanliness could be improved but may have been a one off issue. Had a cot for our little one but was of vary poor quality so take your own if need one.

This was our second visit and as for the first time, check in was very smooth and straight forward.The villa was very clean and ready for our arrival.The added bonus of the new pergola in the garden with seating area made our stay very relaxing.Instructions were very clear, made easy with a comprehensive folder which covered everything.The kitchen facilities were spot on and we had everything we needed for our stay and there was no need to buy any extra products, such as dishwasher blocks, from the local supermarket.Early in our stay we found that one of the windows was not functioning correctly. Teresa sorted this out very quickly. Her communication with us has always been exceptional.Despite being close to the airport and near a main road, it was pleasantly quiet and peaceful.

Wonderful villa

Beautiful villa – we’ve been holidaying in Menorca for 21 years, and this is one of the best villas we’ve stayed in! Very clean and well maintained, and everything feels fresh – with good quality bedding and comfortable beds. The gardens are exceptional, full of flowers and butterflies, with a big pool that stays sunny all day and sheltered, shady outdoor dining area. It’s in a quiet residential area, alongside woodland, so is very peaceful. There are no facilities in Binixica itself, so you need a car – but there’s lot to explore in the area with good beaches and walks nearby, and excellent supermarket less than 5 minutes away in Sant Climent. Communication with Teresa was very good and she was friendly and helpful. We can highly recommend this property, and would love to stay here again!
