There are 2 bedrooms on the property. Two of them are furnished with a king-sized bed and a double bed maisonette , while the other is a double sofa bed in the open plan living area.

There is 2 bedrooms and in the living area there is a double bed sofa bed so total sleeping for 6 people,, there is also a maisonette double bed in one of the bedrooms , a fun bed really for teenagers or able body adults , there is ladders up to that double bed maisonette , but you don't need to use it, there is enough beds for 6 people.
8 people if the Masonette double bed is suitable.
 
There are 2 bathrooms available. The first bathroom is fitted with a shower, and deep/large bath, while the upstairs bedroom has an en-suite shower. The master bathroom is also fitted with sonos speakers so you can relax in the bath while listening to your favourite music or podcast.
 
 
Laundry and Extra Appliances:
The property is also equipped with an iron, an ironing board, washing machine and a vacuum cleaner provided for your convenience.

Guests have access to the whole of this modern open plan property. There are no stairs into the property. As the apartment is a duplex across 2 floors there are stairs inside the property.

Neighbourhood is quiet with large park in front of property. Great walks on and around Arthur's seat opposite the Edinburgh Castle, located near Holyrood House Palace, and royal mile.
