About this property

Casa Feliz on Vale Do Milho is a beautifully presented, modern town house with stunning views across Vale Do Milho golf course. This property offers the ideal accommodation for families, couples and friends with a large open plan lounge area, modern well equipped kitchen and three spacious and comfortable bedrooms. Situated on two levels it has more than enough space for 6 people.
There is a large terrace from the lounge with table and chairs for 6, two loungers and a large seating area - ideal for alfresco dining and watching the sunset in the evenings. There are two additional terraces off the bedrooms - both with the same stunning views across the golf course.

Note for 2023: There is a large construction site nearby, we have reduced our prices for this year to try and compensate for this. It is not in our condominium but it is close by and we are unsure what the noise levels will be, please consider this before booking we do not have control over the noise levels. It does not effect the golf course views as it is behind Vale Do Milho.

There is a lovely communal pool, shared between the 10 properties that make up small condominium.

The property is well equipped throughout, offers high speed internet access, blue tooth speaker and Smart TV with a great selection of channels. We have just installed a wood fire for winter lets.

Situated 2.5 km from Carvoeiro it's set in a peaceful location and perfect for relaxation. The nearest beach is Vale Centeanes (20 minute walk) and there are many other beaches within a short drive, including Benegil and Marinha. There is a small supermarket and a selection of restaurants on the Rocha Brava resort (900m) where there is also a tennis club and gym.

Très agréable ☺️ seul inconvénient, la maison en copropriété avait un étage au-dessus avec balcon ; nous avons de la chance car occupée que 2 jours donc nous n’avons pas trop été dérangé. Gérante très agréable et à l’écoute. Voisins de la maison à côté, de la famille du propriétaire, très agréables 😉

Wonderful stay in nice apartment in nice area

We loved this apartment. The inside is very spacious. The apartment features a large balcony on two sides, where both sunny and shadowy places are available from early morning to late afternoon. The balcony overlooks the next door golf course. We had a lot of fun watching golf players and finally decided to have a go at the golf course ourselves. The bedrooms downstairs feature their own balconies. Our children made good use of their own balconies, also overlooking the golf course. All in all a place to return to!

Not as expected

We were informed, rather late in the day after booking flights, hire car and airport taxis, of the building work going on in the area as very large, on arrival at the accommodation we discovered it was huge. With the exception of Saturday and Sunday the noise on every day of our 10 day stay was audible both on the back terrace and inside the house. We were unable to enjoy some quiet time and felt the need to go out almost every day. Heavy trucks were constantly moving concrete and other materials working until 8 o’clock one evening. This whole event ruined what was to be a relaxing break for us. The accommodation itself is fine, although both the furniture inside and the outside cushions are very dirty and need cleaning attention. We also spent some time cleaning glasses and other utensils before we could use them. Emma is very pleasant and helpful and quickly sorted out a plumbing problem in the upstairs laundry room. The area is lovely with plenty to see and do but unfortunately we will not return to this accommodation as we feel we were misled regarding the magnitude of the construction in the area.

Why they chose this property

We really love the space this property offers, it´s a corner plot so the terraces are spacious and have the most stunning view across the golf course. It´s a little out of town and part of a small condominium whilst only been a short distance from the the beach and town center. Easy access to the golf course and the tennis club/gym is only around the corner so the location really appealed.
