We invite you to stay in this four bedroom villa with private swimming pool, garden, children playground and a badminton court. The villa is located walking distance to Carvoeiro center and the beaches. It is a spacious villa furnished in the traditional Portuguese style. Ground floor: Living/dining room, Satellite TV and doors leading on to the terrace and the barbecue area. Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two twin bedrooms sharing a family bathroom. A spacious and fully equipped kitchen with a utility room and a Cloakroom with shower. First floor: master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Door from the corridor opens off to the terrace with beautiful sea views. The villa has alarm system. Outside: s a spacious garden with playground area for the children with swings, see-saw and a slide. a large 5 x 10 m swimming pool with pool side shower, badminton court next to the swimming pool area. Shaded outside terrace area with garden furniture and a built in barbecue in front. Private fully fenced garden with gate. The towels linen are provided. Free WI-FI.

Lovely Area - Villa needs some attention

We stayed in tha villa for 10 days in August , the town of Carvoerio is fantastic- very pretty town with lots of restaurants and really geared to family holidaymakers. The Villa itself was functional and served as a base for our stay, It was clean and basic and as the pictures advertised . The villa manager was very responsive when we reported an issue with the toilet and this was fixed. The Villa and its up keep however needs some attention as there were clear signs of wear and tear which have not been updated or replaced which was disappointing as we accept that the villa is dated but seemed to lack any love or care. We arrived late at night and there was no basic items to welcome us which we have had in other places EG water / milk, small things like this do make a difference . Throughout our time , small tiles came loose in the pool - which concerned me that anyone could have swallowed one of these whilst swimming . One of the parasols by the pool was broken - it seemed to be so old it just doesn’t work properly. The toilet seat in one of the bathrooms was not attached when we arrived Some of the fixtures and fittings were so old they were corroded. Some of the blue sunbed cushions were stained and there was not enough sunbeds. One of the sunbeds broke when one of our party led on it and one of the chairs collapsed under someone , which was dangerous. Some of the tea towels were so old they had holes in them. The light fittings were held on by nails.

Great villa, great location

The villa was perfect for our group, a comfortable stay with everything we needed. Kitchen well stocked for the rare occasion we prepared a meal, but great location meant all the restaurants were a short walk away so we enjoyed walking into town lost evenings. Galia and Walter were very helpful during our stay and the communications leading up to our arrival made it very easy to find and get settled in.

Boas condições

A nossa estadia foi muito boa. A casa tem muito espaço para umas férias de família com 6 adultos e duas crianças. O gestor de propriedade estava sempre acessível e foi muito prestável. A única critica a fazer, e que o espaço para as crianças ( escorrega e baloiços) estava sujo dos pássaros e resina, o que teve q ser limpo por nós para puder ser usado. De resto , foi uma estadia 5 estrelas e recomendamos. Muito obrigada
