Overview
This spacious three bedroom single-storey villa is located in the prestigious Vale do Milho area of Carvoeiro. It is peaceful and secluded, positioned towards the end of a cul de sac, so there is very little traffic. The villa is private and not overlooked by any of the surrounding properties. A large sandy beach with a restaurant and bar, ideal for watching the sunset, is a few minutes walk, as are a shop, several restaurants and a 9 hole golf course with restaurant. Carvoeiro village is a 5 minute drive away with a large choice of quality restaurants, bars, gift shops, pharmacy, banks and many ATMs. There is also the pretty town beach leading off from the central square with live music performances. There are also several other beaches within a short drive if you wish to explore.

The villa is suitable for all ages and is popular with families and couples alike. There is a roof terrace with seating for beautiful views of the sea or just star-gazing.

Inside the Villa
The villa has 3 double bedrooms, a master bedroom and two twins. The twins can be configured as doubles on request. The master bedroom has an extra large bed, overlooks the pool and has a large ensuite with a powerful walk-in shower. The main bathroom has a bath tub and a shower. There is also a separate cloakroom. All bedrooms and the lounge have air-conditioning. We provide a travel cot. Additional cots can be provided on request. A safe is located in the master bedroom. Each bedroom has ample wardrobe space and a dressing table.

Lounge
The lounge has comfortable sofa, armchairs, wood burning stove. There is a large TV with a wide range of international channels including live sports channels ( Sky Sports/TNT), stereo, additional seating area with swivel chairs, Please notify us in advance if you require wood for the fire. Please help yourself to the books and feel free to take away or leave behind.

Dining Room
You will enjoy most of your meals on the spacious terrace but for cooler days there is a large dining room with seating for 6 plus baby's high chair.

Kitchen
The fully-equipped spacious kitchen will meet all your cooking needs for self-catering, with gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle. There is a Nespresso pod coffee machine as well as a filter coffee machine and cafetiere.

Outside
Sliding doors from the lounge lead directly onto a spacious terrace which has plenty of outdoor seating, drinks table, and a large dining table. This space is pefect for relaxing, eating, sunbathing. Steps lead down to the gated heated pool which is 10 m x 5m. Please Note Pool Heating Charge is £150 per week. The pool has a shallow end and a deep end, and you will find sunbeds and parasols around the pool. The pool area receives the sun all day long. All pool/beach towels are provided.

Barbecue
At one end of the pool area is the barbecue, with a large seating area. Barbecue utensils are located in the kitchen.

Maid service
A maid will attend 3 times per week to clean. She will also happily do laundry for guests on request as the washing machine is accessible only via the maid. There is also a house manager on hand to resolve promptly any problems which may arise during your stay.

Supermarkets
There are 4 supermarkets within a 5 or 7 minute drive. The Intermarche has a very good fresh fish counter and butchers. There is also a well equiipped shop at Rocha Brava, 10 minute walk away, for fresh croissants and pastries or that one ingredient you have forgotten.

This villa is perfect for families and couples alike looking for a quiet, peaceful villa but within easy reach of a beach, golf, shops and restaurants and the buzz of Carvoeiro centre. It is a favourite with many guests who return year after year.
