Large house for good holidays or work in quiet and quiet area, has 4 bedrooms (two of them with private bathroom), 4 bathrooms, large living / dining room with fireplace and entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen , TV with satellite, private swimming pool as well as tennis court and table tennis, barbecue near the pool and children's area with swing and slide. Terrace overlooking the sea. All for a good week.

Great property, very spacious inside with great pool area, tennis court and badminton court. Its an older property, but very clean. Property in a great location, within walking distance of town. Would recommended particulary to a larger family group. Check in and out very easy and the owners were always at hand to answer any queries

Loved our stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at this villa. Check in was easy and straightforward and the villa is huge - 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The grounds are big too with 2 x tennis courts, a pool, a ping pong table and a small park. It is a little dated, but very clean and had everything that we needed. Only a 15 Minute walk to the centre. We will definitely look to stay here again. Thank you.

Family holiday experience

There is not much to say about the property in terms of value for money. Within surroundings it my take a while till you figured out where things are and then you going to enjoy

Great family home, ideal for large groups

Perfect villa for a large group or family. All the rooms are very generous in size with plenty of bathrooms. The tennis and badminton court are a real bonus even if not in pristine condition, what better way to active during your stay. The pool is excellent. The villa is a little "tired" but does represent fantastic value for money. The location also suited us well, a 15 minute walk into the town is perfect for walking to and more importantly back from your evening meal. Don't forget to walk the other way to the wonderful Restaurant de Milho which is only 5 minutes away. The villa is a few minutes drive from the intermarche supermarket which is great for stocking up for your holiday food and drink! We will definitely be returning!

Estadia positiva com pontos a melhorar.

A estadia correu bem, o Ășnico ponto negativo foi a existĂȘncia de superfĂ­cies cortantes quer no interior quer no exterior da piscina, originando nos primeiros dois dias cortes em duas crianças e um adulto. Tivemos maior cuidado e adquirimos proteçÔes para os pĂ©s para as crianças. De resto, apenas umas quebras de luz mas nada de grave... Moradia com grande potencial e algumas melhorias a serem efectuadas, mas a estadia foi positiva na sua globalidade.

Grande maison avec travaux à prévoir

La maison est trĂšs grande et agrĂ©able. IdĂ©ale pour deux familles. MĂȘme si les hĂŽtes Ă©taient Ă  chaque fois disponibles pour rĂ©parer un Ă©lectromĂ©nager dĂ©faillant ou apporter quelque chose de manquant, la maison demande des travaux de rĂ©novation (Ă©lectricitĂ© et piscine). Ce sont des dĂ©faillances qui perdurent depuis des annĂ©es si on regarde les commentaires. C’est vraiment dommage (et cela peut ĂȘtre dangereux pour l’électricitĂ©).

Un séjour agréable

TrĂšs belle villa bien situĂ©e. La piscine est assez grande et en soit, tout fonctionne assez bien. Mes amis et moi Ă©tions d’accords pour dire qu’avec quelques petits rĂ©glages cela pour vraiment ĂȘtre parfait. Par exemple nous n’avions pas d’eau chaude dans les douches. Étant donnĂ© qu’il faisait chaud l’eau tiĂšde suffisait mais bon. Impossible de lancer une machine pendant qu’un tĂ©lĂ©phone charge ou que le moindre autre appareil est en marche. La tv n’était pas ce Ă  quoi nous nous attendions; une ancienne tĂ©lĂ© carrĂ©e, pas trĂšs grave puisque nous ne comptions pas l’utiliser Ă©normĂ©ment mais ducoup nous ne l’avons pas utilisĂ©e dutout. Autre petit dĂ©tail, il n’y avait aucun produit dans la cuisine tel que sel, poivre, huile etc
. Nous sommes donc allĂ©s en acheter (l’IntermarchĂ© le plus proche est d’ailleurs un supermarchĂ© de touristes avec des prix presque exorbitants) que nous n’avons bien sĂ»r pas pu finir. Pour finir le frigo rĂ©frigĂ©rais assez mal. L’eau que nous mettions au frais n’étais jamais fraĂźche et finissait au congĂ©lateur. En rĂ©sumĂ© nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour ces petits dĂ©tails nous ont Ă  peine dĂ©rangĂ©s mais nous pensons que ce sont des choses qui peuvent ĂȘtre amĂ©liorĂ©es pour un peu plus de confort. Les propriĂ©taires quand Ă  eux Ă©tant vraiment trĂšs gentils. TrĂšs conciliants et accueillant. Merci Ă  eux pour ce bon moment.

very nice villa with lots of space

We can only recommend this house. The contact with the owners was smooth and uncomplicated, they were always available by email for questions. The house is spacious and well suited for a large family or two families or a group of friends. Large living room, large terrace with barbecue area, lots of garden and tennis court for work out. Nice pool, equipment is available. The house was immaculately clean and has 4 spacious bathrooms. In the kitchen all necessary utensils are available. The area is wonderful and full of villas with beautiful gardens, nice walkways to the town and the town beach. Shops are in the immediate vicinity. We had a great time here! thanks a lot!

Casa da década de 70 sem qualquer renovação e por isso hå coisas que não funcionam muito bem, tal como a piscina que apesar de ser de boa dimensão e limpa, tem azulejos cortantes. Tem um potencial enorme, mas não nas condiçÔes em que se encontra.

Séjour recommandé à Carvoeiro

TrÚs chouette propriété, nous étions 10 et sommes restées 10 jours. Tout était comme dans la description, le seul bémol est qu'il n'y a absolument rien dans la cuisine (comme du sel, huile,...) et le WIFI est trÚs mauvais. A part cela, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

A casa esta um pouco desgastada A piscina tambem esta um pouco desgastada, 1 criança cortou se na pedra da piscina 2 vezes. A casa precisava de um pouco mais de limpeza. No geral foi uma semana bem passada!

Amazing traditional style portugese villa with all you could need for amazing family holiday

We hired both villas for a family of 18 and had an amazing time The villas are in an older style however they offer all you need for a great family holiday in a good location with easy access to town I would recommend these villas to anyone who wants to relax in amazing surroundings
