About this property

Enjoy everything this gite and 80 acre property has to offer including its own walking and mountain biking trails, private lake to swim in and paddle board on! Spend your days meeting and cuddling the six horses, two donkeys, two mini ponys, four chooks, three dogs and two cats. Bring your own horses, facilities include arena, paddocks, two stables, jumps and trails. Discover all the chateaux, restaurants and rivers in the surrounding area, there are many things to do nearby.
Please note there is no fishing in the summer on this lake but there is carp fishing in spring and autumn for 12 weeks of the year and this can be booked though exclusivecarpvenues website only and you can also find information on this on facebook at Fensmere carp fishing holidays

Your home away from home gives you exclusive access to an entire house designed to allow you to live extremely comfortably. Bring your own pets. There is an enclosed garden safe for dogs. As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a large American style fridge/freezer, a hob, an oven, a kettle/toaster and a microwave and a food processor and coffee machine. There is an outside seating area with views of the lake with a webber BBQ
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.

This house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6.
In the first bedroom and second bedrooms you will find Queen beds.
The third bedroom contains two singles.

There is one main large bathroom with a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower and a beautiful Victorian stand-alone bath

In winter there is an extra charge for wood used in the wood fire and this is payable in cash before leaving. We cannot pre charge this as we won’t know how much wood you will use during your stay.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

- Smoking is not allowed inside.
- There is free parking in front of the gite room for three cars or more

Just what we wanted. Excellent location in what we know from experience is a lovely part of France. Everything we needed at the property was provided and the owners were very nice, helpful and informative. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Séjour très reposant, pas de bruits juste des bruits de la nature, mais juste un petit bémol c'est le jour de notre arrivée nous avons appris qu'ils étaient impossible de péché dans l'etang, et que malheureusement nous venions exclusivement pour cela, dommage car nous avions réservé par rapport aux photos. La prochaine fois nous ferons moins attention aux photos mais nous appellerons directement le propriétaire. Voilà sinon endroit très calme.
