Enjoy and relax in this awesome home nestled on the hill of Costa Azul in La Jolla de Los Cabos. 6 panels of sliding glass recessed doors and hide away to maximize the view & allow you to enjoy all CABO has to offer as you connect the house, pool and patio areas as one! Relax and stay connected as a group or spread out and enjoy your space!
Need more than 5 bedrooms, we also own the villa right next door with 6 bedrooms - perfect for extra large groups (see link below).
2,600 square feet of living space with 2 master bedrooms king-size beds, 2 bedrooms with shared large bathroom area both with king beds and a twin bed with trundle in another room we call the 'kids room.' You can relax under covered outdoor patio areas with spacious seating. PERFECT for couples or families to share!
Beach access is an easy seven-minute walk. World-class golf, walk 15 minutes to Zipper's surfing spot & restaurant on the beach. Marlin fishing within two miles! All of the comforts of home. Shopping at Mega 1.5 miles away! PRIVACY of a home and hotel convenience if you want MAID or CHEF service in our home for a VACATION FOR MOM! :-)

We are 5 minutes from great shopping in San Jose and 15 minutes from downtown Cabo.
DSL hook up with internet phone for FREE US and Canada calls, air conditioning, NEW TVs w/ satellite, VCR/DVD, stereo and CD, kitchen & appliances with PURIFIED water throughout the house, new washer and dryer.

We live full-time in Foothill Ranch, California (Orange County) and have been going to Cabo regularly for 13 years. Why they chose this property
We always wanted to have a vacation home where we could build family memories - one trip to Cabo 13 years ago and we knew this was the place for us. Beautiful weather, beaches, wonderful restaurants, fishing and golf courses. Cabo is just a diamond in the rough and unlike other Mexico resort locations and everyone that travels here gets the 'Cabo Bug'.
What makes this property unique
Our villa offers indoor/outdoor living and with both villas, the ability to sleep 20 guests. Each villa also has its own private pool/spa, but also the unique ability to be right next door.
