Delightful beach property. Just steps to the white sandy beaches with no streets to cross. Enjoy the surf, paddle boarding, fishing or just relax and watch the most beautiful sunsets you can possibly imagine.

Property is totally renovated. New kitchens, baths, furnishings and freshly painted inside and out. Location is within walking distance to the most popular restaurants. Public trolley stop is located in front of property making it easy to visit Clearwater Beach to St. Petersburg without the hassle of driving and parking. Indian Rocks Beach is such a tranquil beach community. As soon as you arrive you can't help but feel all your stresses drift away. The water, the sun, long walks in the white sand and end your day watching the beautiful sunset.

Fantastic Stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! So close to the beach and the unit was perfectly and comfortably furnished. It had everything we needed. The king bed was comfy and all the extras such as beach towels, chairs, shampoo/ conditioner was so nice!! Will definitely be booking again!

Beach Birthday Occasion

Indian Rocks Beach is a peaceful, beautiful setting and the Gulf Breeze Inn unit 2 was quaint, comfortable and just perfect for us. The cabana was a special treat. We can not wait to go back again

Perfect location

Located a few steps from a beautiful beach. The house has all facilities you need & a lovely little Tiki table out front to enjoy early morning coffee & late evening drinks. Our host Betty was super helpful when we were delayed due to a cancelled flight from the UK & then an early departure due to Hurricane Helene! Hopefully we will return again as would love to come back.

Beautiful stay steps from the beach

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at Betty’s place. It was conveniently located, close to some of our favorite restaurants, and best yet, steps from the beach. The extras provided were amazing. We took the chairs down to the beach and it was perfect for reading with my feet in the sand. Being just a few blocks from some fabulous restaurants was an added bonus that allowed us to walk to dine. We truly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to stay again in the future!

When I had the opportunity to buy the Gulf Breeze Inn, it was a dream come true. Indian Rocks Beach is what old Florida is all about, It is relaxing, slow pace and everything you want to escape life's stresses.
I love coming here with my family and seeing everyone enjoy the water, play games together, enjoy the local restaurants and in the evening, sitting together on the beach watching the most beautiful sunsets you could ever imagine.

Walking distance to local restaurant and small shops but quiet paced. If you are looking for the fast paced, commercial environment they are close by in Clearwater Beach and St. Pete but then you can return to the relaxation that Indian Rocks Beach . The best!!
