Perfect central location, within easy walking distance of Harrogate’s town centre, shops, restaurants, valley gardens, stray and train station.
The Harrogate Convention Centre is at the bottom of the road, making this an excellent choice for conference guests too.

The space A stylish, contemporary and modern 4 bedroom townhouse with smart TVs and a courtyard garden.
The 4 bedrooms provide sleeping space for up to 7 guests.
On the first floor is a King sized bedroom and a Single bedroom with family bathroom with rain shower.
On the second floor is a Double with ensuite and a spacious twin bedroom. Having 4 separate bedrooms, this home from home is ideal for business visitors, families and groups of friends.
On the ground floor there is a contemporary lounge with corner sofa, armchair, bench seat and Smart TV, a separate kitchen / dining area with comfortable seating area. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven, a microwave and all other mod cons. Wifi is free throughout the house.
There is also an urban garden with outdoor seating.
Parking outside the house is by guest permit and is free from 6pm to 9am all week and all day on a Sunday. We provide a parking permit for 1 vehicle for the duration of your stay. For any additional vehicles we can advise where the nearest free parking is within a 5-10 minute walk from the house.
We also have another 4 bedroom townhouse (No.19) on the same street, so both could be booked together for larger groups. Please contact us for further information on our Harrogate Yorkshire Stays.
Other things to note Please note that, as a traditional terraced townhouse set over three floors, the stairs may be challenging for some guests, particularly those with limited mobility.
If you’d like a late check‑out until noon, we’re happy to offer this for £25, depending on availability. Early check‑in from 1pm is also possible for £25, subject to availability.

Nicely laid out property with good facilities, note that it’s a town house with narrow staircase if mobility issues.
Location. Couldn’t have been better, right in the heart of the town, with shops restaurants and bars within short walking distance.
A wonderful helpful host, lovely property and super convenient for all that the town has to offer. We travelled with 3 small children and it managed to fit us all in. Our kids loved the friendly neighbours and daily walk to Valley Gardens. We loved the convenience.
We had an amazing stay here. Fabulous house amenities amazing just some very special touches. Host was great communication was perfect. Perfect location near to everything we had the best time. Would highly recommend and would return
We returned to Harrogate to reminisce after having lived in the area previously. The home is lovely, beautifully decorated and supplied with everything you might need, and easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Communication was great well before we arrived and we were taken care of. I might caution elderly guests about the steep stairs, but we managed them fine. We ranged in ages 20-57. Would definitely stay again. Such a wonderful visit!

We are Tilly, Wayne and Erin and this is our story (so far). After living in the big smoke and leading the London lifestyle, we decided to move back up to Wayne’s home county, Yorkshire for a slightly slower pace of life. We settled in Harrogate and made it home for 10 years.
When our daughter came along (well 4 years after when we finally plucked up the courage and made the move) we decided to go in search of the rural idyll with the possibility of starting our own family business. It was a move I was unsure of as I am an ‘out and out’ urbanite so keeping our gorgeous home in Harrogate (No 19) and turning it into a holiday let allowed me to still have a slice of the urban lifestyle yet the flexibility to start my family business from afar.
Fast forward 4 years and we have opened Hawks Barn in Horton in Ribblesdale in the amazing Yorkshire Dales National Park and our latest luxury holiday let, No. 11 in Harrogate, to expand our portfolio. We are loving life in the Dales and look forward to our next chapter.
