Having lived and worked in the area for over twenty five years we have many wonderful memories of bringing up our young family in this beautiful close knit community. The opportunity to share the cottage with guests has proved incredibly rewarding, hearing of our guests pleasure in staying and love of the local area really is a delight.
Why they chose this property
Why we chose this area really does speak for itself and hopefully the description and photos give a glimpse of how stunning it is. The hamlet of Bewerley is nestled in the dale, surrounded by rolling hills, moorland, woodlands with a wealth of local attractions and walks. The cottage is only a 5 minute walk from a small market town with shops and amenities yet secluded and so peaceful. Situated in Nidderdale - AONB - Area of Oustanding Natural Beauty and on the edge of the Dales Nation Park, this really is a hidden gem.
What makes this property unique
Apple Tree Cottage’s character, history, charm and size make this a unique getaway. Originally two cottages, now forming one spacious home retaining many original period features. The village itself is very peaceful with stunning countryside yet just a short walk to a thriving high street in the small market town of Pateley Bridge where you would find everything you need to stay in this rural community.
