- Ground floor: entrance hall, living/dining room, fitted kitchen, storage room and toilet. It has access to 2 patios, one of which faces west, with a table and chairs, barbecue, sink and outdoor shower, withplenty of space to enjoy family meals outdoors. There is also a patio at the entrance to the house, facing west, with parking for 1 car.

- 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 with 2 single beds and the second with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, and 1 bathroom with bath. Both bedrooms have access to balconies.

O espaço em geral era muito. Adoramos o churrasco e o terraço. O ar condicionado funciona muito bem. Cozinha bem equipada. Internet e televisão impecável. Mobiliário geral adequado e confortável. Foi bom ter um sítio para estacionar. Gostávamos que fosse mais perto da praia, mas é difícil de melhorar isso! A luz da cozinha era muito fraquinha e amarela. Deveria ter uma lampada mais forte.

Klasse geräumiges und praktisches Häuschen bzw. Apartment

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Das Apartment ist supersauber, hell, geräumig, geschmackvoll und funktionell ausgestattet. Die Lage in Manta Rota ist gut, man kann z.B. super in der Umgebung über die Sträßchen bis zum Strand joggen. Entfernung zum Strand 10 Gehminuten. Frühstück perfekt und günstig im Cafe Mar a Vista mit den roten Stühlen auf der Straße zum Strand. Die Matratzen sind für empfindliche Rücken nicht die besten.

Prima vakantiehuis in rustige periode

Alles is aanwezig, maar niet alles voor vijf personen (3 bekers voor thee of grote koffie, vier espressokopjes zonder schotel. Wel voldoende borden en glazen. Daarop wordt ook niet gecontroleerd. Veel pannen, maar van mindere kwaliteit en rare maten. Prima koelvriescombinatie en wasmachine. Op afgesproken dag en tijd voor schoonmaken (wo 5 oktober 2022), kwam men niet opdagen. Was een feestdag. Fout van het kantoor. Langs kantoor gelopen, na wat discussie werden lakens en handdoeken neergezet en hebben we zelf de bedden opgemaakt. Vuile was is nooit opgehaald.
