Everything was great

We were a group of 13 and had an awsome stay, Ignacio is a very cool host and speaks both spanish and english so you will not have any problem communicating. The space outside was what we liked most and it has a great barbacue ;)

Family Time

Ignacio was very nice. However, The property needs maintenance. AC in The downstairs master did not work and mattress was very uncomfortable, kitchen cabinets handles were loose. Bathtub upstairs was clogged. Was a short time and enjoy Sevilla!

Thank you very much for your stay Hector, however we regret that there were some problems in the villa, and that everything was not to your satisfaction. We are constantly carrying out maintenance on the villa, however unforeseen events do arise. The air conditioning has been checked and a new one has been fitted, the two loose cupboard handles (which did not prevent the doors from opening) have been fixed, and the small blockage in the bathtub has been rectified. We regret that this communication was made to us on the day of your departure and not during your stay, as they would have been rectified immediately, except for the air conditioning, which we opted to put a new one as we have already mentioned. Thank you again for your stay, your comments help us to continue improving.

Villa south of city center

Overall everyone enjoyed the accommodations. The sleeping arrangements are abit weird, in 2 situations you have to walk through someone’s “room” to get to another bedroom. This made it awkward, so look carefully at the photos and stitch the layout together beforehand. The villa itself needs some TLC, with pool tiles and exterior tile broken or cracked, the interior had misc paint drips on baseboards/floor, wardrobe doors peeling, main door weather stripping partially removed, one of the marble vanity countertops was cracked and compromised and the cooktop was missing a knob so that reduced the cooktop to 3 burners. You are also responsible for all your garbage and recycling, no city pick up, you have to walk in to a communal area at the end of the street, no big deal, just sayin’. A car wasn’t necessary but it did make picking up groceries and moving people around alot simpler. Be aware that in Spain you have to register your name and passport number with the host prior to check in. This was an oversight and we were scrambling to donit beforehand

We misten in de keuken een koffiezetapparaat, een waterkoker, een theepot en een broodrooster. Verder waren de boilers 2x van onvoldoende capaciteit de vaatwasser deed het niet, is heel vervelend met een grote groep

Estimado Izaak, nos esforzamos para tener la villa en las mejores condiciones y con todos los servicios necesarios, y si se da el caso que algo no está en condiciones lo normal es que se nos comunique durante la estancia. La villa tiene como aparece en la descripción, 2 cafeteras italianas, 1 tostador, y aunque no tenemos un hervidor, sí existen diferentes cazos de cocina donde poder hervir agua para té. Proporcionamos café, té, azúcar y agua mineral de cortesía. Respecto a las calderas, tenemos 2 con capacidad de 200 litros. El lavavajillas que fue lo único que se nos comunicó en su estancia funciona perfectamente. Como sabes, fuimos al alojamiento y realizamos una prueba del mismo verificando su funcionamiento y les dimos instrucciones de cómo funcionaba. Por último la localización de la villa está descrita también en el anuncio, como puede verificar. Se encuentra a 15 minutos del centro histórico de Sevilla, pero muy bien comunicada y con diferentes medios de transporte a su disposición. Volvemos a reiterarles nuestro agradecimiento por su estancia, y siempre tomamos nota de lo que podemos mejorar., También nos quedamos con su comentario que nos realizó vía WhatsApp " And the house also beautiful.
