40 - Apartamento Sugar
Modern 120 square meter apartment in one of the best urbanizations in Tarifa. Located at the entrance of the town and a few meters from Playa de Los Lances, it has gardens and a community pool (open from June 15 to September 15). The historic center is about a 15-minute walk away.
In addition to the spacious living room, which has beautiful views of the sea and the African coast, it has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom and the second with two single beds and a trundle bed.
It also has a toilet with a shower tray and a separate kitchen, with everything you need to cook in the accommodation: 4-burner ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-combi, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and toaster. ...
The terrace has outdoor furniture where you can relax in this very special enclave.
It has an elevator, internet access (wifi), electric radiator heating, underground parking space in the same building.
We have 5 other apartments similar to this one in the same building and similar benefits. If you are a group of more than 5 people or two families you can rent several of them.
