Lovely Remodeled Apartment

Great communication and check in process. The flat is spacious and well prepared. A bit of of a journey to the train station but easy walk to coffee shops and restaurant's. We enjoyed our stay. Michael

Potentially Excellent

With an investment of 80 Euros the kitchen in this apartment could be outfitted with decent cooking pans that work on an induction stove, a microwave, a coffeemaker and electric fry pan this kitchen and this apartment could be excellent. As is, be prepared to be frustrated. Instructions for using the kitchen stove and washing machine were lacking as well as information about La Spizia were no where to be found. Because the property is listed as Clean BnB, payment is made through this company and NOT VRBO. This was not stated and as a result the process was confusing.VRBO should clarify this payment instruction on their property listing. The couple that greeted us were very helpful and welcoming. The owner was not. coffee maker

First the Apartment was great. The guy assigned to help us with check in and any other problems was nonexistent!! Tells us the best way to arrive is by train but dosen't tell us a train station to get off at. Get there in the rain and spend 5 minutes trying to open the gate. His instructions on how to get into the place were only half correct. Then we went to leave and cant get the gate to open. Response by host is I gave you a fob that got you in not my problem! 3 hours locked in before we finally got it opened. After that we had no more communication from him or anyone else. Great Apartment terrible management.
