This apartment is located by the sea with direct access to the beach (just a pedestrian access to cross)!
You can enjoy the sea view from the balcony and your sofa !!!
On the 2nd floor with elevator, it is composed of a bedroom with a large bed of 160 cm, a bathroom with bath, sink, heated towel rail and hairdryer, a separate toilet and a living room with open kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge-freezer, dishwasher ...), sofa bed, flat screen tv and Balcony with sea view!
Private parking place, secure, private box, closed to store bicycles, windsurfing, golf equipment, beach toys ...
You are in the heart of the Golden Sands Resort with bakery (from April to October) grocery store, restaurants, casino, market (Sunday morning in July and August) .. all at the foot of your building!
Nearby: beaches, golf, mini golf, tennis, casino, nautical center, hiking trails (GR 34), equestrian center, thalassotherapy Val André ... enough to occupy your days!
For Erquy tours, Les Sables D'or and its dunes, Val-André and its Thalasso, St-Malo the corsair city, Dinan, Dinard, Perros-Guirrec, Ploumanach (favorite village of the French in 2015) and even the Mont -St-Michel are next to it!
