Villa Volpes, located between Tuscany and Liguria, is nestled in the lush green hills of Luni. It features a swimming pool equipped with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and dedicated service, as well as a spacious barbecue area with an outdoor table that can accommodate up to 30 people. It consists of a kitchen with majolica tiles and an adjoining dining room, a double living room with a fireplace, a conversation room, four double bedrooms, two suites, and four bathrooms, two of which are en suite.
All rooms are equipped with a TV and air conditioning, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances.
The villa is just a few kilometres from the beaches of Forte dei Marmi, Viareggio, and the Cinque Terre, as well as from the numerous trails that lead to the Apuan Alps.
