the property looks like everything was new, very neat. it is like one block to the beach. Luciana was very welcoming since the beggining and also her daughter Chiara. We will give them a 100/100. very comfortable and a private parking.

A must stay when in Monopoli.

This is the gem of a VRBO. Spacious and well furnished. The host and her husband met us at check in. After being in Italy for 10 days prior to Monopoli we needed a W/D. Both were full size so we came come with clean clothes. The market was across the street. Great cafe around the corner. Two blocks from the beach. I cant say enough great things about this rental!!!!! The next time in Italy will definitely stay there. Plus side was the patio to sit and drink wine with cheese.
