There is a fully fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer) and the house is equipped with air-conditioning, a TV and DVD player.
On the ground level is the master bedroom with an en-suite corner bath and vanity unit, fitted wardrobes and French doors that open from the bedroom onto a private terrace. There is also a separate W.C.
On the basement level there are two double bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes. There is also a shower room and separate W.C. along with a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
