Charming Barn Conversion on Private Estate

Mews Cottage is available a short term holiday let only. It is a Grade B listed building which is 10 minutes from Royal Troon. The courtyard setting on a private estate ensures a secluded stay, free from traffic. On the edge of a conservation village, the cottage is a 12 minute walk from the Wheatsheaf Pub and Restaurant, with the local store less than a 10 minute walk away. A woodland walk is a mere 40metres from the front door. The lovely living areas and excellent location make it the perfect choice for a romantic break, family get away or get together with friends. This beautifully refurbished cottage retains traditional character but also includes a host of modern comforts, making it an ideal home away from home. It is also very warm and cosy.

The sandy beaches of Troon, Prestwick and Barassie are about a 10 minute drive away. Glasgow is 30 minutes away. Barassie beach is a favourite for kite surfers.

The Ayrshire coast is home to dozens of golf courses including the famous Royal Troon, Turnberry and Prestwick courses, where the worlds first Open Championship was played.

The rolling hills of Ayrshire and beaches offer plenty of opportunities to walk and explore local country houses.

As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The cottage is a perfect place to relax and offers a television with Amazon Prime and internet access.

This cottage has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4. In the first bedroom, you will find a king size bed. The second bedroom contains two single beds.

There is 1 bathroom.
The bathroom has a toilet, sink and bath with power shower.

The garden is a traditional cobbled "patio" to the front of the house.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

- Check-in time is from 3pm and check-out is 11am
- Smoking/Vaping is not allowed.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property. To the front of house only.
- Pets are allowed at the property with an extra cleaning fee of GBP 25. Pets should have flea treatments up to date.
- Commercial vehicles are not allowed at the property
- due insurance restriction's, electric vehicles may not be charged. There is free charging at Charge Place Scotland bays in Troon.
- the taking of illegal substances is not permitted
- visitors who reside overseas or so not carry a UK Passport must provide full name,

Great location, great property, great stay!!
This property is a great base for a relaxing stay in Scotland. Conveniently located for getting around and seeing the sites, it’s in a quiet location which enables you to kick back when you get ‘home’ at the end of the day. As amazing as it looks on the photos, we would definitely recommend using this property for your next Scottish break!!
