From the upper floor of Villa Lorena, you have a fantastic view of the large pool terrace with its various seating areas and the wider garden. In the distance you can see Lagos and Meia Praia and the sea.
The cosy pool terrace has enough sun loungers for everyone. You can also make yourself comfortable under the umbrella and read a book. A dip in the large pool provides refreshing cooling on hot summer days.
On the upper floor of Villa Lorena you have a good view towards Lagos and the bay of Alvor to Carvoeiro.

Villa Lorena with large private pool and garden

Villa Lorena is located in a well-maintained villa district on a connecting road, slightly outside of Lagos, with a view of the bay and the historic town. The nearest beaches in Luz, Lagos and surrounding areas can be easily reached by car. However, those who prefer to swim in the house's own pool will certainly feel comfortable here: a very spacious pool terrace, surrounded by a lushly blooming garden, protected from view and with a large sun canopy, offers a great setting for extended lounging and sunbathing. The house itself is situated on a slope, but all living and sleeping rooms are on the same level, comfortably furnished, with partly hand-painted furniture and tiles in the bathrooms.



The apartment located in the lower part with a separate entrance, together with the main house, offers space for 10 people. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a modern kitchen open to the living area. The apartment can be booked for an additional fee.



The covered terrace runs around the house, and at the separate outdoor grill area, delicious Atlantic fish can be grilled and full-bodied Portuguese wine enjoyed. Villa Lorena is a very beautiful property with plenty of space, in a pleasant atmosphere. Beaches, bars, restaurants - all within a few minutes' reach.

Vila Lorena looks better in the photos than it actually is. The house is seriously dated

Swimmingpool Install air conditioning. Catch mice. Replace beds. Replace kitchen curtains. Fix the front door, which is sticking. Replace the bathroom. It's very dirty and smells of urine.

Hello Artur, the property doesn´t have airconditioning, it´s a private property, it´s not very common in Portugal that properties have one, sorry for that. The bathrooms are portuguese hand painted tiles which we would like to keep, they are not replaceable mass manufactured tiles. The other issues will be taken care of. We hope you did enjoy your stay though!

We had a great vacation at Casa de Lorena, thank you so much.

I love everything about Casa Lorena from the swimmingpool to the garden, it is a very beautiful house. If you like you can pick your own oranges or lemons from the orchard. But most of all i enjoyed the vieuws. Casa lorena is near the centre of lagos with a car. I can't wait to come back here. Maybe a little more towels for a week.
