Guests have access to all areas of the house and to the private parking area. There are no shared spaces. The street entrance is used only by the owners and residents of the condominium. The nearby village of Sant’Anna Arresi [6 km] offers services throughout the year. The car, even if it is not essential from June to September, is always highly recommended to discover the noteworthy nearby places and to use the services more comfortably [in low season it is essential]
we are located in a small, recently built condominium, accessible only to the owners and guests through the automated gate. The beautiful and award-winning beach of Porto Pino is 300 meters away and can be reached effortlessly in about 3 minutes on foot. This seaside locality, renowned for its white sandy dunes reminiscent of Saharan landscapes, is little involved in mass tourism and maintains a low commercial profile. You can find markets, caffe bars, a good pizzeria, and excellent restaurants with fresh local fish. It is possible to rent boats or take part in fishing tourism trips, go horse riding organized by local stables, visit archaeological sites and ancient natural caves. The hinterland is also rich in food and wine and viticulture of the highest quality.
