Beautifully furnished with amazing views over the golf course (amazing sunsets!), this South West facing, corner apartment has an open terrace for full sunshine and new added awning for shade if required, full air-conditioning throughout, international TV, private underground parking and views over golf course and pool, with sunset view. * Newly decorated in the 2 x bedrooms and living/dining area and new bathroom *
La Torre is a hugely popular resort, with plenty of on site facilities inc. supermarket, restaurants and bars , plus Hotel and Spa with indoor pool and gymnasium available to book at extra cost directly with hotel. Short drive (20 mins) from Murcia airport, approx. 1 hour from Alicante airport. Short drive to the amenities in Roldan village. Approx. 20 mins from the Mar Menor coastline.
With 16 communal pools and plenty of restaurants, this resort is perfect for everyone!
The large swimming pool and children's pool are fantastic for cooling off in the summer and are not far away from the property. The resort centre features a golf clubhouse (where clubs can be hired), restaurants, bars and an excellent supermarket which are all an easy stroll away from the property.
The property is ideal for both golfers and those on less energetic holidays. It also makes a great base for a family holiday.
*Please note final cleaning/laundry fee of €115 is payable on arrival*

Die Lage des Appartments ist super - bis auf die Windanfälligkeit auf der Terrasse. Sonnige Lage an Tee 17 La Torre.
Vielleicht bringt der Besitzer ja einen Winschutz an - dann ist das Appartment optimal für Golfer

El complejo super bonito, el apartamento estaba súper limpio y las vistas que tiene son maravillosas, todo muy ordenando y armonioso. El apartamento lo tiene todo la verdad, las camas muy cómodas, las 2 habitaciones con aire acondicionado 10/10 nos ha encantado!
