About this property
3 bedroomed house minutes' walk from Kenmare town
This is a great holiday home for a break away in Kenmare as it is just a short stroll from the town centre and is beside the Brook Lane Hotel and directly across from the Kenmare Bay Hotel. The sunroom is bright and has a double height ceiling. The wall of windows lets so much light into the room so it is a lovely peaceful and bright place to be. There are comfy couches and a TV along with a dining table to seat up to 6 people.
The main sitting room is a lovely cosy place to while away the evening. It too has comfy sofas and a TV. There is a second dining table to seat six alongside the kitchen which has an electric stove and TV. Although compact, the kitchen has everything you will need during your stay. The utility area and guest toilet lead off the kitchen and dining area and patio doors bring you outside to the back garden area where there is a garden table and chairs for you to sit and enjoy the long Kerry evenings in peace.
The three bedrooms are upstairs. The master double bedroom is ensuite with shower. It has a TV. There is a second double room and a twin bedroom (sleeping a max of 6 pax). The main family bathroom is also upstairs featuring a shower over bath.
