The accommodation is a 30 m2 studio completely renovated. The kitchen is equipped with good quality equipment and utensils for the preparation of meals. The bedding is a folding double bed of 140*200 cm. A dining area is provided inside. The separate bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet and a sink unit. Many storage cupboards. The accommodation is fully air-conditioned.
Outside, you will have a large private terrace of approximately 30 m2 with a Weber gas BBQ, a dining room, and a relaxation area with two deck chairs and a parasol.

Come and discover the riches of Occitania, in the small village of Théza. Our lodgings are entirely equipped for your comfort, they will allow you a stopover of charm and relaxation.
Each of our cottages is equipped with excellent quality furniture, we have taken care of the quality of the beds and the equipment.
12 km from Perpignan and 7 km to the beaches of Saint-Cyprien sur Mer, 22 km from Collioure, this property is located on the outskirts of the village, in a quiet dead-end. The discreet owners live on site. 5 tastefully decorated and personalized gites are furnished, each with independent entrance.
From April to the end of October, you will enjoy the heated swimming pool, the 1000 m² Mediterranean garden, the common and private areas.
Each cottage has its own private terrace (30 to 50 m2), you will find among other things a Weber gas barbecue and comfortable garden furniture.
From April to the end of October, between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m., you can access the shared heated swimming pool (dimensions 11m x 6m and 1.40m to 2.20m deep) and the 60cm deep relaxation pool. Free outdoor parking in front of the property. 4 other lodgings fitted out on the spot.
We will also be pleased to offer you our local wine list and champagnes that you can enjoy at aperitif time around the swimming pool or take to your own terrace.
