Outside there is Enclosed communal garden with patio, furniture and public car park a short walk from property, subject to availability and payable on site. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop and a pub. Please note that this is a non-smoking property and no pets allowed. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: Car parking options: to the rear of the apartment there is a private car park where visitors can park for a weekly fee or if you don’t mind a walk up the hill, there is the long stay Holmbush car park, however, from 1st October through till the 15th of March, you are permitted to park on the road right outside the property, subject to availability. Note: There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of 150 GBP on this property.
