Two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with double bed + a single bed, sleeps 5 persons (2 + 3). Two bathrooms with showers. Open kitchen with living room.
Free street parking is available in the neighbourhood but can be busy at times.
Please note that the stairs leading up to the house is long and not suitable for disabled persons.

Fantastic stay in the heart of Menton!

A great place for families with short distances to the city centre, the beach and all other points of interest. The apartment comes with all the stuff you need to make it feel like a temporary home. We highly recommend!

Lovely stay in friendly Menton

We, family of 2 adults and a 5 year old, had a just lovely time staying at Anna’s place in Menton. The house is clean, well appointed and is situated in a quiet neighborhood overlooking the city and ocean. The host was very easy to communicate with and she had great answers to all of our questions. We highly recommend staying here while in Menton!

Wonderful place for views

The apartment was lovely with a wonderful terrace overlooking Menton, the sea and mountains. It was very clean and well equipped with everything you need.Great air con system is also a bonus. The pictures of the apartment are very accurate however the description is a bit misleading as you need to know that the house is up a steep hill from the town finishing with a long climb up 73 steep steps to reach the entrance to the house. The climb is worth it as the house and views are lovely but you need to be fit to manage the walk (often carrying bags of shopping!).Menton is a lovely little seaside resort with lots to see and do and we would definitely recommend this house to fit and active people.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist geräumig, gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet.Klimaanlagen, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Trockner funktionierten einwandfrei.Es gab mehr als genug Geschirr und Besteck und auch fast alle erdenklichen kleinen Hausgeräte.Auch ein Wäscheständer und Wäscheleinen neben dem Haus waren vorhanden.Uns fehlte in der Küche und in den Schlafzimmern etwas Schrankplatz, um unsere eigenen Lebensmittel und Wäsche unterzubringen.An manchen Stellen hätte es etwas sauberer sein können.Die 2 Bäder, jeweils mit Dusche und WC, fanden wir sehr praktisch.Die Terrasse und der Blick sind sehr schön, wir wurden nur manchmal von Mücken oder Wespen vertrieben.Einer unserer Mitreisenden hatte starke Allergiebeschwerden, wir wissen nicht genau, was die Ursache war.Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Sie hat immer sofort auf unsere Fragen geantwortet.Innenstadt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bahnhof und Kiesstrand sind alle gut zu Fuß erreichbar.Wir haben das Auto gar nicht verwendet, da die Zug- und Busverbindungen sehr gut sind. (Außerdem waren wir froh, einen Parkplatz gefunden zu haben.)

Une localisation idéale dans les hauteurs de Menton, une terrasse très agréable, un salon baigné de soleil le matin ... un séjour idéal pour nous, loin du bruit et du tumulte de la ville, et pour autant très accessible à pieds. La location est très bien équipée, "comme à la maison".

Ferienwohnung mit toller Veranda

Wir haben als fünfköpfige Familie mit Kindern im Schulalter eine schöne Woche in Menton verbracht. Die Wohnung war ausreichend groß und heimelig, sodass wir uns in der Mittagshitze gerne dort aufgehalten haben. Besonders die zum Teil überdachte Terrasse mit Meerblick und vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten war zu jeder Tageszeit war toll. Leider war die Parksituation schwierig und der Weg den Berg runter in die Stadt war gefährlich, besonders mit Kindern. Schön war die recht zentrale Lage und gute Verkehrsverbindung, sodass wir das Auto die ganze Woche stehenlassen konnten.

Nous avons séjourné en famille (2 adultes-2 enfants) dans cet appartement. Le quartier est calme, la vue à couper le souffle, une terrasse avec une partie ombragée pour passer une grande partie des repas. D’ailleurs nous passions plus de temps dehors que dedans. Même si on est proche géographiquement de la ville. Il demeure que l’appartement est en haut d’une côté avec en plus une soixantaine de marches bien pentus. Heureusement nos enfants étaient sont grands pour monter les marches mais ca aurait été l’enfer avec une poussette ou un cosy. Au début ça se fait très bien mais au bout de 6 jours vous avez la flemme d’aller chercher le pain pour le petit déjeuner. Quant à l’appartement , il est très bien équipé, Peut être même un peu trop. Tellement de linge de maison dans les placards que vous avez qu’une seule étagère pour l’ensemble des vêtements de la famille et en cuisine c’est pareil, tellement de vaisselle et de restes (épicerie) que vous ne pouvez pas ranger vos propres courses. Le système de ventilation des salles de bain s’enclenche que quand on allume la lumière, du coup la maison est assez humide. Il fallait sortir le tapis de bain, sinon il ne séchait pas. Nous sommes donc assez mitigé sur cette location d’autant que nous avions amené nos vélos (sur porte vélo). monter tout cela en haut de ces escaliers (en étant stationné loin) mais qu’on a jamais utilisé car il fallait les porter pour descendre et remonter. Un peu dommage. Location pour sportifs !

Ein schöner Ort

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet und die Terrasse hat einen wirklich tolle Aussicht. Viele Stufen zum Erreichen der Wohnung. Leider war die Wohnung sehr dreckig ... Öl am Boden des Kühlschranks, überall Brösel ... alle Teller und Gläser und Spiegel verschmiert. Leider war die Agentur nicht sehr einsichtig. Die Decken, Matratzen und Polster aus Kunststoff. Auf den Stühlen und Polstern sind überall Flecken und Gebrauchsspuren. In der Abwasch waren noch Reste von den Vormietern.

Please accept our apologies for the cleaning this only time, we have informed the cleaning service about your complaints and trust that this will not be repeated. With respect to duvets, they indeed do not contain down or feathers, which is due to allergy concerns. We acquired this second home of ours quite recently. There are some blemishes, and we are gradually upgrading furniture and home appliances (most recently a new refrigerator, tumble dryer, bedside tables and the next step will be dining chairs). Improvements which we hope our guests also appreciate.

Perfect holiday property (just make sure you can handle the stairs...)

This is the perfect place to make the most of Menton. Extremely quiet with a postcard view and charming terrace. The flat is fantastic with everything you need and even a generous stock of foods (to be replenished before you leave). It's all very comfortable and the kitchen has niceties like a Sodastream, electric fruit squeezer and Nespresso machine. WiFi is 100% and there's an AppleTV (you'll need to login to your own subscriptions to watch Netflix etc). Just one warning: the climbing road and steep staircase to get to the flat. This is definitely not for elderly people. In the August heat walking up to the flat will make sure arrive in a pool of sweat. But it's worth it and typical of most Menton properties as the town is surrounded by hills. A car is really unnecessary as everything is a few minutes walk away and the train station will take you anywhere on the coast. A superb holiday!

Great stay in Menton

Property was exactly as described. Clean and well-maintained. Outdoor terrace view was even better than expected and was a lovely place for breakfast and evening meals. The property was a short walk from beaches, old and newer parts of Menton town and all that this beautiful town has to offer. Host was extremely communicative and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend.
