Doonbeg is a popular holiday destination for golf lovers, families, and surfers alike. One of the most scenic beaches in Ireland is nearby, Doughmore which offers excellent surfing conditions all around the year. 1. Heating and Electricity:Utilities are an extra charge at this property and payable on departure to the Owner/Property Manager. The rate for electricity at this property is €10 per day all year around and the oil is meter read and based on consumption. Should utility charges not be paid on departure, they will be deducted from the security deposit without further notice. Breakdown of these charges are available from the Owner/Property Manager.2. Security Deposit:A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival by cash.
