The main living area is located on this floor and then there is a second stairs to the mezzanine bedroom.

The kitchen is located off the open plan living and dining room area. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable self-catering holiday in Ireland.

Please note there is a technical issue with the television in Spanish Cove Holiday Apartment sleep 5. We are working hard to get this rectified as soon as possible.

The open plan dining room is bright and spacious. This area is overlooked by the mezzanine bedroom.

Spanish Cove Holiday Apartments have 3 bedrooms and sleep 5 guests comfortably:

- Double en-suite bedroom, sleeping 2
- Single bedroom, sleeping 1
- Twin bedroom located on the mezzanine level, sleeping 2

Plus, there is a large bathroom with shower over bath.

Important Note: There are steps up to all first-floor mezzanine apartments in Kilkee. None of our sleeps 5 mezzanine apartments are located on the ground floor. The layout of the properties vary depending on their aspect in the complex.
