Pre-Christmas treat

Perfect home from home for us and our 2 dogs for a pre-Christmas short break. Minutes from Alnmouth's gorgeous beach and just off the high street. Susan was a great host both prior to our arrival and during our stay. Couldn't ask for more.

Nice house in a great location and a very helpful host. Parts of the property are in need of some TLC and the 3rd bedroom was very cold throughout our stay. Some electrical works appear to be unfinished with some surfaces unpainted. Overall good.

Thankyou for feedback, glad you enjoyed your stay. Just to clarify a couple of points. New external doors and lights have just been fitted, unfortunately small patches of plastering around doors not completed in time for Xmas. I can assure you it was not unfinished electrical works. Annual redecoration of property to is commence 26th January. We have Underfloor heating throughout and a gas fire, if you had mentioned to mentioned to me about 1 bedroom being cold when I messaged to check all ok, I would’ve sorted it immediately, it turns out the bedroom thermostat in basement had been turned down to 16, possibly by previous guest Thanks Susan

Great 4 night break

A lovely home, only a few minutes walk to the beach and village centre. We were family of 5 with 2 dogs and there was plenty of room for us all. The house is very well equipped and Susan the owner has really thought of everything needed for a wonderful family holiday!
