Worst experience ever

Where to begin? The “villa” had only one correct description. Magnificent views (only seen if you are standing…). None of the four advertised bedrooms were usable due to toxic extremely strong smell of the mildew. Black mold on the ceiling in all bathrooms, wet linens due to humidity, unkept grounds, weak wifi, pigeon excrements in the outside “pizza oven” but the best is yet to come! The water coming from the floor in the entrance hallway and water spurting from the wall. Ruined vacation is an understatement.

Mi spiace molto per questa recensione che peraltro non condivido. Il cliente avrebbe voluto soggiornare gratis nella mia casa ed infatti se accettavo di fare un rimborso completo sarebbe rimasto per tutti i 14 giorni. Allora la casa gli andava bene?

Gute Lage. Meerblick.Genüg Platz für mehrere Autos. Leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Betten waren extrem unbequem, Federmatratze. Das Haus ist sehr gross und hat viel Platz. Leider riecht es sehr moderig durch die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit. Das Mobiliar ist doch sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der TV im OG hatte keinen Ton bzw nur undeutlich, der im UG ging garnicht. Was auch nervte war das der Warmwasserboiler noch kaputt ging und wir zwei Mal im Tag einen Eimer drunnter leeren mussten, wäre der Heizungsraum nicht so mega gräusselig gewesn nicht so schlimm aber war halt schon sehr eklig. Die Küche ist mir allem nötigen Ausgestattet, der Backofen war aber noch voller Fett und sehr dreckig, sicher nicht von 1-2 Mietern. Check -in und out war sehr angenehm, Bettina war sehr Flexibel bezüglich Ankunft und Abreise.
