Spacious ground floor flat with two terraces, close to the community pool.

The flat has a spacious living room with sofa bed, dining area and fully fitted kitchen. From the living room you have access to the terrace equipped with table and chairs and barbecue. The bedroom has its own equipped terrace and a comfortable double bed with built-in wardrobe. The bathroom is spacious, renovated with walk-in shower and window.

The residential complex Mareverde has several swimming pools, one of which is close to the flat and pool bar. It is located in Torviscas bajo. The flat is located in phase 1, the closest to the beach Torviscas and Fañabé, it has easy access with almost no steps.

Close to the flat you will find bars and restaurants, shopping centres and supermarkets. The beautiful promenade of Playa Fañabé with its shops and sandy beach is about 10 minutes walk away.

Less than 10 minutes' walk away are two beautiful beaches: Playa Torviscas and Playa Fañabé, one of the largest and most touristic beaches on the island, a beautiful sandy area ideal for family holidays. Sheltered by the breakwater, its waters are usually calm. In addition, you will find all the necessary services: showers, sun loungers, toilets, restaurants and much more. In the surrounding area there is a wide variety of shops, pharmacies, restaurants with all kinds of national and international cuisine, bars, supermarkets and shopping centres, where you will find everything you need.

Nice stay but shame about the ants

Overall i had a pleasant stay here. The property feels safe as you need a key to get in the gate to the apartment area. The apartment was exactly as described and was clean and spacious. The location was very good. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach and less than that to shops and restaurants. The only downsides were that there was no air con. Not too bad in February but any later in the year the heat would be unbearable. There was also quite a few ants in the bedroom and kitchen cupboards and i didnt even have any food in the apartment at that point. It completely put my off eating or drinking there so i ate out instead.
