Disappointing

Size was good, location was fine but the state of repair was disappointing and the general cleanliness was well below the standard anyone renting a property would expect. The kitchen in general and kitchen equipment, dishes, plates and cutlery was not clean. The response from the phone number contact was rude and unhelpful.
