Recent stay

Excellent location and brilliant pool for our 6 year old who is still learning to swim, as he could stand up and practise with just enough space and depth that he wasn’t frustrated or bored. We had one minor issue when something didn’t work and this was fixed straight away with really good communication. We were impressed with the bed changes and cleans that happened throughout our stay - as we hadn’t really expected to see anyone only a couple of days in, this meant we really could relax. We would definitely book again.

VILLA IN KASSIOPI

Villa in Kassiopi: Mixed Experience I recently stayed at this villa in Kassiopi, it offered a mix of positives and negatives. The location was fantastic—just a few minutes' walk from the charming town center and nearby beaches, which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. The villa also had solid amenities, including en-suite bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, and outdoor lounging areas, making it comfortable for a group stay. One downside was, the showers flooded the bathroom and bedroom floor due to a design fault. However, the experience was marred by poor pool maintenance. After a few days the pool was visibly dirty, and wasn't cleaned at all during our stay. The training jet facility advertised for the poo,l never functioned during the whole of our stay, this was highlighted to the owner on day 2 of 11 and not sorted despite several follow up texts. This was disappointing, as a clean pool is one of the key attractions for a summer villa. After a week the smell of the pool was unbearable, so we stopped using it. The maid service was excellent with clean towels, made beds and rubbish collection every few days. Overall, while the villa's location and amenities were great, the lack of proper maintenance of the pool, detracted from the experience. If management improves the upkeep, this place could easily become a top-tier stay. I recommend future visitors to check recent reviews before booking to ensure better service and cleanliness during their trip.

Ideal for families

Brand new block, the apartment is clean, safe and spacious both inside and outside. Very close to the shops, bars and restaurants. There is even a maid service on some of the days.
