It is ideal for people who love peace and nature. Just as the name of the villa conjures Kalimera means "good morning" you can enjoy the first rays of the sun. Join the magnetic sunrise . The view is truly stunning, creating the feeling that the sunrise is right close to you. Our villa combines absolute privacy and seclusion, while at the same time being conveniently located in close distance (only 1.5km) from several daily amenities such as bakery ,supermarket, butcher shop, pharmacy and of course near to coffee shops and taverns .

Simplicity, warmth, wood, stone and stylish décor, combined with creativity and craftsmanship, are the most important elements of this lovely holiday villa. Interiors are very bright and airy with big windows, high ceilings and natural colors. Villa Kalimera consist of two levels. Big open plan living room with kitchen. Three large and comfortable bedrooms, each room comes with its own bathroom and all have exit to a nice sunny terrace overlooking to the pool and surroundings. The house offers modern home appliances and all you may need on your vacation. Floor heating and air-condition in every room, help you feel comfortable any time of the year. Relax by the large sunny garden and of course to the big swimming private pool with jacuzzi and tune in to the laid back pace of existence in sunny Crete.

Outside there is also an ideal outdoor dining area with a beautiful covered porch with comfortable furniture. Next to the swimming pool there is a large wooden pergola with huge table, barbecue and wood stove.

Wonderful peace and quiet.

A beautiful villa. Well presented and exceptionally clean. Tremendous saltwater pool and outside area with extensive views. The approach road is a little rough in places but not difficult. Theodora very attentive and responsive but not at all intrusive. I have no reservation in giving Villa Kalimera a 5 star rating and our recommendation.

Villa Kalimera positioned in secluded location near Pitsidia in a beautiful part of the island, Messara valley. The valley of Messara and beautiful clean beaches, the breathtaking view of the mountains and the sea, the unspoiled nature contrast sharply with the developed coastal areas of northern Crete. Our villa combines absolute privacy and seclusion, while at the same time located in close distance 1.5km from several daily amenities as bakery supermarket, butcher shop, pharmacy coffee shops local taverns. Archeological sites 5km away Festos,Agia Triada, Gortina. Welcoming tavernas in nearest villages Sivas,Kalamaki,Kamilari are perfect for evening meal and glass of wine at sunset.
