The Villa has the most breathtaking views and the sunsets are beautiful. The Villa is really comfortable and has everything you need. Great location for the beaches in a quieter part of the island. Mike and Sasia are really lovely and great at communicating. Definitely recommend

Das Areal liegt auf einer Anhöhe mit einer relativ steilen Zufahrt, die aber gut zu meistern ist. Zum Ferienhaus gelangt man dann über einige Stufen. Das gesamte Anwesen ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Was uns als langjährige Ferienhaus-Urlauber aufgefallen ist, ist die sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche und das geschmackvolle Geschirr. Die Einrichtung ist nicht abgewohnt, im Gegenteil. Im Aussenbereich findet man immer einen schattigen Platz, sei es auf den Liegen, am Esstisch oder auf der gepolsterten Bank am Pool. Ein besonderes Highlight ist das kleine Tischchen am Pool, von dem man den Sonnenuntergang mit einem Glas Wein wunderbar genießen kann. Zum Stand nach Komos sind es ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. In weniger als 5 Autominuten ist man im Dorf- Zentrum von Pitsidia, welches abseits der Hauptstraße liegt und sich den ursprünglichen Charakter bewahrt hat. Es gibt einige Tavernen und ein paar kleinere Geschäfte im Dorf. Wir würde Pitsidia als idealen Ausgangspunkt für kleinere und größere Ausflüge sehen. Der Kontakt zu den Eigentümern gestaltete sich sehr höflich und freundlich, meist per SMS (nicht WhatsApp). Am letzten Tag schaute die Eigentümerin Sasa kurz vorbei und es ergab sich ein herzliches Gespräch. Es gibt aber auch 2 Sachen die wir freundlich anmerken möchten: Das WLAN funktioniert nicht im Obergeschoss und nicht überall im Aussenbereich. Ein Sonnenschirm wäre auch nicht ganz falsch. Beides hat dem wunderbaren Urlaub im August 2025 nicht geschafft.

...ein top-ausgestattes Haus incl. der Küche - perfekt, wenn man mit all den Produkten der Gegend selbst zaubern möchte ...15 Minuten Gehzeit ins Zentrum von Pitsidia - ein lebendiger Ort, wo es alles gibt, was man braucht. ...wunderbar hilfsbereite Gastgeber, Mike und Sasa, in deren Taverna wir es leider nicht geschafft haben (wird mind. im 'Fohrer'-Reiseführer empfohlen) ...max. 2 Stunden Fahrzeit zu den 'großen' Zielen wie Lassithi, Chania, Heraklion/Knossos und viele alte Stätten in der Nähe wie Festos, Agia Triada, Gortis ...traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge!!!!!

Flot villa med fantastisk udsigt

Virkelig velholdt med dejlige faciliteter. Super beliggenhed, fantastisk udsigt og en dejlig pool. Udlejer meget venlig og imødekommende. Rengøring i top, og massevis af håndklæder osv. Velkomst med rundvisning, og en dejlig velkomstpakke med drikkevarer i køleskabet samt frisk frugt. Kan anbefales til alle der gerne vil have en afslappende ferie, helt ugenert.

Traumhaft schöne Villa mit netten Vermietern

Die Villa ist wirklich so schön wie auf den Fotos, vielleicht sogar noch besser :-) Sie ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Wir haben uns hier drei Tage lang sehr wohl gefühlt, den Pool mit der traumhaften Aussicht genossen und abends in Matala (ca. 5 Min. mit dem Auto) zu Abend gegessen (dringende Empfehlung: Restaurant "Hakuna Matata" - super Stimmung mit Raggae Musik und tollem Essen). Die Küche hat alles was man zum Kochen bräuchte (sogar Öl, Gewürze), wir haben aber lediglich unser Frühstück selbst gemacht. Im Ort Pitsida gibt es einige sehr kleine Supermärkte mit wenig Auswahl (macht keine Lust selbst zu kochen), einige Restaurants und eine gute Bäckerei mit Geldautomat. Auch die Supermärkte in Matala sind nicht überzeugend. Aktuell wohnt eine Babykatze (im Sept. 2017 ca. 3 Monate alt) im Garten und leistet dem Mieter Gesellschaft. Wir als Katzenlieberhaber fanden es toll, der kleine Kater könnte aber auch nerven wenn man ihn nicht füttert und streichelt ;-)

Le paradis sur terre. Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans la villa aeolos, 2 semaines tout simplement parfaites. Villa totalement indépendante nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis chez nous. La vue sur la mer et la montagne est tout simplement fantastique. Se prélasser dans la piscine à débordement tout en regardant le coucher du soleil, profiter du soleil sur des transats, dîner entre amis sous la pergola le soir et prendre le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse de l'étage en étant à chaque fois éblouis par la vue extraordinaire voilà quel était notre quotidien. La villa en elle même est très bien agencée et équipée de matériel de qualité.. Le seul problème est de devoir en partir Un grand merci à Mike et Sasa pour l'excellent accueil qu'ils nous ont réservé et pour tous les moments que nous avons partagés ensemble, ces vacances resteront pour nous inoubliables.
