Have you always dreamed of living close to the sea? Wake up to your bed nothing but the wide horizon and the iridescent shades of blue of the sea. Traumhafte Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben in der modernen Wohnung von Renata mit großem Balkon und traumhafter Aussicht auf das Meer und abendlichen SonnenuntergĂ€nge eine tolle Zeit verbracht. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Bei Bedarf ist Renata immer ansprechbar. Durch die Lage am Ortsrand hört man nur Meeresrauschen, Tavernen mit leckerem Essen gibt es in direkter NĂ€he.

Entspannte Tage direkt am Strand

Wir haben 12 sehr entspannte Tage in Kalamaki verbracht. Das Haus mit drei Ferienwohnungen ist nur durch eine kleine kaum befahrene Straße vom langen Strand getrennt. Das Meer ist allerdings nur an wenigen Stellen ohne Steinplatten leicht zugĂ€nglich. Kalamaki ist ein kleiner beschaulicher Ort mit vielen Restaurants und einem kleinen Supermarkt. Man kann alles nötige vor Ort erwerben. Ein Auto ist aber sehr empfehlenswert um die StrĂ€nde in der Umgebung erreichen zu können. Die Wohnung von Renata entspricht voll und ganz dem Inserat. Alles ist sehr sauber und zur Halbzeit gab es eine Zwischenreinigung. Zudem ist sie wirklich komplett mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht oder auch nur brauchen könnte. Sehr praktisch ist auch der zweite Zugang zum Haus durch den Hintereingang. Dort ist eine Stranddusche vor der TĂŒr und drinnen befinden sich diverse Strandutensilien, die genutzt werden können. Renata und ihr Mann wohnen im gleichen Haus und sind immer erreichbar. Sie sind ausgesprochen nette Gastgeber und haben immer gute Tipps parat. Wir können Renatas Wohnungen fĂŒr einen ruhigen erholsamen Strandurlaub bestens empfehlen. Vielen Dank Renata und Michalis.

Super Wohnung direkt am Meer

Ich habe den Aufenthalt bei Renata und Michalis als wunderbare Gastgeber sehr genossen. Die Wohnung hat eine ĂŒberragende Lage direkt am Meer, ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der große Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer und das permanente Meeresrauschen zeichnen die Wohnung aus. Bei Fragen oder Problemen kann man sich jederzeit an Renata wenden, die einem fĂŒrsorglich hilft. Outstanding apartment in lovely area

My wife and I have had a lovely fortnight here. The apartment is outstanding; beautifully situated overlooking the beach with everything we needed for our holiday. There is a huge balcony where you can sit and watch and listen to the waves. Renata has been the perfect host. She was very understanding and flexible during our covid challenges over the last two years, changing dates, duration, arrival time no problem at all. Renata stayed up very late to welcome us, and her communication throughout our stay has been great. The village is lovely if you are looking for a quiet beach holiday with great food options. If you are looking to explore the wider area (and it’s definitely worth getting up into the mountains) then a hire car is a must. I’m sure we will be back.

Tolle Wohnung - tolle Location - traumhaft schön!

Ankommen und wohlfĂŒhlen. Die Wohnung und die Vermieter machen es einem leicht. Die Wohnung hat nicht nur wegen dem Meer direkt vor der TĂŒr ihren Charme. Sie ist toll ausgestattet und absolut durchdacht eingerichtet. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Man spĂŒrt die Liebe zum Detail in jeder Ecke der Wohnung. Einfach toll! Wir wurden persönlich und herzlich durch Renata empfangen und im KĂŒhlschrank stand schon eine Flasche Wein fĂŒr uns parat. Auch sonst ist uns quasi jeder Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen worden. Wir haben uns einfach wohl gefĂŒhlt. Und eines ist jetzt schon klar: Wir kommen wieder.

Top - Wohnung direkt am Strand

Bereits im Vorfeld unseres Urlaubs hatten wir Kontakt mit der Vermieterin, so dass die Anreise unproblematisch nach Lageplan erfolgen konnte. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von der deutschsprachigen Vermieterin empfangen. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und sauber und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist super. Schon beim FrĂŒhstĂŒck auf dem Balkon konnten wir das Meeresrauschen genießen. In unmittelbarer NĂ€he stehen mehrere gute Tavernen zur Auswahl. Die Vermieterin ist jederzeit erreichbar und kann gute Tipps geben.

Wunderbare Wohnung fĂŒr einen erholsamen Urlaub

Zwei Wochen haben wir in dieser gerĂ€umigen, modernen Wohnung unsere Ferien verbracht. Alles war so wie im Inserat beschrieben. Auch die KĂŒche war praktisch und mit allem eingerichtet, was wir zum Kochen brauchten. Der Kontakt mit Renata und Michalis war unkompliziert und sie waren immer gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefĂŒhlt! FĂŒr uns war ein NavigationsgerĂ€t sehr hilfreich, um alle Ortschaften gut zu finden. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier richtig!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit liebenswerten Gastgebern

Liebe Renata, lieber Michalis! die Woche bei Euch in Kalamaki bleibt unvergessen..es war natĂŒrlich viel zu kurz! D.h. , dass wir uns bestimmt nochmal wiedersehen!! :-) Bei Bildern von Hotelzimmern oder Ferienwohungen bin ich immer vorsichtig, aber hier kann man sagen, dass die Bilder auch wirklich die Wohnung widerspiegeln und nichts beschönigen. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig, die gesamte Wohnung ist hell und sonnendurchflutet. Uns fehlte es hier wirklich an rein gar nichts! Es wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail an alles gedacht...ich finde, man könnte hier wunderbar ĂŒberwintern ;-) Das allerbeste an der Wohnung sind natĂŒrlich der Meerblick und der sagenhafte Sonnenuntergang. Es war wirklich magisch !! Das Meer ist immer prĂ€sent...nicht nur vom Balkon...Man liegt im Bett...dreht sich nach rechts....und sieht das Meer so weit der Blick reicht. Renata und Michalis waren jederzeit hilfsbereit und standen uns mit guten Tipps zur Seite. Danke fĂŒr diese wunderschöne Woche ! Es grĂŒĂŸt Euch Yvonne und Maik

L'alloggio Ú situato al piano terreno di una palazzina di tre piano fuori terra. È stato progettato molto bene dal prprietario che Ú ingegnere. È molto comodo anche perché Ú di fronte alla spiaggia. Molto pulito e provviso veramente di tutto. I prprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Kalamaki si trova vicino a spiagge e siti archeologici molto belli.

Super schöne Ferienwohnung, direkt am Meer mit schönstem Sonnenuntergang

Wir waren eine Woche in Kalamaki und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, es fehlt wirklich an nichts und wir fĂŒhlten uns sofort wie zuhause. Es sind nur wenige Schritte bis zum Meer und es hat auch sehr gute und schöne Tavernen die man gut zu Fuss erreichen kann. Man musste am Abend nicht immer das Auto benĂŒtzen, das schĂ€tzten wir sehr. Auch Renata und Michalis waren sehr liebe und angenehme Gastgeber, sie waren immer fĂŒr einen "Schwatz" bereit, es war sehr interressant vieles ĂŒber Land und Leute und ĂŒber die Gegend rund um Kalamaki zu erfahren. Da reicht natĂŒrlich eine Woche nicht und es gĂ€be noch so vieles zu erkunden. Das heisst -wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder- und freuen uns jetzt schon auf den nĂ€chsten Aufenthalt in Kalamaki bei Renata und Michalis. Nochmals herzlichen Dank und Liebe GrĂŒsse aus der Schweiz. Outstanding beach apartment

This is a beautiful, modern apartment with fabulous views straight out to sea. It was spotlessly clean and exceptionally well equipped with excellent storage in every room. Great air conditioning which was much appreciated! The beach is lovely and was quiet when we were there at the end of June. Kalamaki is a pleasant, quiet little resort with interesting historic sites to visit nearby like Phaistos and Gortys. Don't miss the amazing cliff caves at Matala! Special thanks to the apartment's owners who were very kind and welcoming. We had a lovely holiday and can't recommend this apartment highly enough.

Traumurlaub in Traumwohnung

Eine Woche Urlaub ohne Abstriche. Renata und Michalis sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Unser luxuriöses Appartment war mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und die Ausstattung ließ keine WĂŒnsche offen. Was gibt es Schöneres als mit dem Meeresrauschen einzuschlafen und mit einem zusĂ€tzlichen Traumblick morgens wieder aufzuwachen. Wir kommen wieder :-)

SĂ©jour rĂ©ussi ! La location est impeccable. L’appartement est sobre et fonctionnelle. Il est surĂ©quipĂ©, tout est neuf et propre. Du liquide vaisselle aux capsules pour la machine, rien ne manque. La vue est splendide, direct sur le coucher du soleil. L’accueil est adorable, bouteille d’eau et du vin dans le frigo en cadeau de bienvenue, service de rĂ©servation de taxi compris. Nous sommes arrivĂ© tard (aprĂšs 21h), le chauffeur de taxi recommandĂ© et rĂ©servĂ© par Renata nous attendait Ă  l’aĂ©roport et nous a amenĂ©s jusqu’à devant la porte. Le lieu est magnifique, une longue plage, l’eau chaude et cristalline. Mon fils de 10 ans a passĂ© des heures dans l’eau Ă  inventorier les petits poissons. Le village est minuscule, mais il y a assez des restaurants et bars, Ă©loignĂ©es de quelques mĂštres, accessibles mĂȘme par une marche pied nus sur le sable. Nous n’avions pas de voiture de location, mais nous avons trouvĂ© tout ce qu’il faut sur place. Ce n’est de loin pas la cĂŽte d’azur, donc pas de bling bling ni de foules, ni de shopping. Les gens sont aimables partout. Il faut aimer la tranquillitĂ© et l’authenticitĂ© pour aimer Kalamaki. Nous, nous avons Ă©tĂ© conquis !!

Wunderschöne Wohnung gleich am Strand

Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal fĂŒr erholsame, entspannende Ferien. Die Wohnung ist einfach perfekt, sehr gut gepflegt und ausgestattet. Das Panorama aus der Wohnung ist atemberaubend. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Da sie im gleichen Haus wohnen, kennen sie die Region sehr gut und haben wertvolle Tips fĂŒr Wanderungen. Der Strand vor der Wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber, Tavernas im Dorf sind sicher zu empfehlen.

Beautiful location/view and amazing building

With 16 and 10 year old children to entertain we were looking for a family beach holiday in Crete and on the Internet we stumbled across Kalamaki Apartments in the village of Kalamaki southern Crete and it turned out to be a superb find. The pictures of the apartments looked amazing but the reality was much better than photos can show. The owners of the apartments, Renata and Michaelis, stayed up to 1am to welcome us from our late flight and thoughtfully left some wine and cold beer in the fridge which was really appreciated! The occupy the top floor of the building which is great as they were always available if we had any questions about the apartment or local area but they left us to ourselves otherwise. The two bedroom apartment was immaculately finished and perfectly clean. It was built to the highest standard with top quality fittings and fixtures including very effective underfloor cooling and electric shutters that can be closed to keep the sun out and rooms cool at when needed or at night. The view from inside the apartment is amazing with an uninterrupted view of the sea from most rooms through full width sliding glass doors and glass walled balconies. No need to stand on the balcony to look at the sea. The apartment had everything we needed including coffee maker, washing machine and dishwasher and the wifi kept everyone happy too! The apartment is directly in front of the quieter end of Kalamaki beach, slightly raised, with just a small quiet track between it and the beach. Within sight of the apartment is a small restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. As with all the beach front restaurants near by they provide thatched style beach umbrellas and reclining beach chairs available to use for free. I am sure they appreciate it if you buy the occasional drink or snack though. The beach is sandy and clean with plenty of space and rarely busy. We enjoyed snorkelling near the waters edge and found several types of fish. At every place you leave the beach you will find a simple shower provided to wash the sand off as you need it. Brilliant. Kalamaki itself is, for us, the perfect size and level of development. It is small enough to feel authentic with friendly locals and enough restaurants and small shops to provide all you need (small supermarket, bakery, souvenirs, beach stuff) but not over developed. Overall the best apartment and holiday location we have stayed at in Europe. We will be back!
