nice and quiet place

my family and I had a wonderful time at this place! The apartments are cozy and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. I was pleased with the presence of a courtyard where you can comfortably relax in the shade of trees or have breakfast, a barbecue, a hammock, a tennis table, and the opportunity to use a washing machine. The apartments are close to supermarkets and beaches by car. The host Giacomo and his family members were very hospitable! Giacomo is a very kind, sympathetic and interesting conversationalist. We are happy to recommend this place and we will be happy to return here again!

Erholung fernab von Touristenmengen, perfekt

Wir sind mit unseren 2 Mädchen super zufrieden mit dieser abgelegenenen Unterkunft gewesen. Die Kinder konnten sich auf dem gesamten Grundstück frei bewegen. Das der Vermieter und seine Eltern auch dort wohnen hat man nicht gespürt. Ganz im Gegenteil wenn etwas fehlte oder Fragen aufkamen wurde uns promt geholfen. Wir bekamen eine kleine Einführung vom Vermieter was die Umgebung so alles zu bieten hatte ( wunderschöne Gumpen, alte Dörfer, wann wo Markt ist, wo man typischen Wei etc. bekommt usw) Der kleine Pool war vollkommen ausreichend für die Mädchen, Tischtenis, und der Hund Dolly waren eine abwechslungsreiche Beschäftigung neben den Strandbesuchen und Ausflügen. Wer Ruhe und wenig Trubel möchte ist hier gut aufgehoben. Vielen Dank :o)

Superbe propriété entre mer et montagne, au calme

La résidence est idéalement placée, vaste et entièrement équipée, sur un terrain arboré, avec mandarinier , citronnier...., et leurs fruits sont délicieux. La résidence est proche de san remo, menton, de la mer d'un côté et montagne de l'autre , idéal pour la marche dans de très beaux village pittoresque Le propriétaire nous a très bien renseigné sur les visites et autres activités à réaliser dans la région, l'accueil est très chaleureux. Merci encore Giacomo.

L'accoglienza di Giacomo

Quest'anno, con dei nostri amici, abbiamo deciso di andare al Festival di Sanremo, abbiamo scelto di affittare questa abitazione, perché poteva ospitarci tutti (11 persone). Bene, la prima sera ci é venuto a prendere Giacomo, il titolare, che ci ha messo subito a nostro agio. Nonostante la strada sia un po' particolare per raggiungere la casa in mezzo al verde, quando arrivi a destinazione hai la possibilità di ammirare una costruzione d'epoca che ti riporta un po indietro nel tempo. La vegetazione intorno alla casa è molto curata e ci sono molti spazi comuni dove poter passeggiare in totale tranquillità. L'appartamento è molto ben disposto ed è corredato di tutto ciò che occorre per gustarsi una serena vacanza. Devo sottolineare, il che non è automatico, che i letti sono veramente comodi si riposa benissimo. Ma la differenza la fa senz'altro Giacomo con la sua disponibilità, la sua gentilezza; la sua pazienza nel raccontare i particolari che sono propri della residenza, del paese e dei dintorni. Consiglio vivamente la struttura non solo alle famiglie ma anche a coppie di amici che hanno la necessità di rilassarsi. Voglio ritornarci in primavera!

Gastfreundlich, liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr gut betreut!

Wir waren zu dritt - drei Freundinnen - und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Giacomo ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber und in der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Räume sind sehr passend und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Danke!

Beautiful house with very friendly owner(s)

We booked the top floors of this beautiful house near the Italian coast which can accommodate 6. The house is accessible via a small and private road and it has a lot of land surrounding it where you can enjoy nature as well as a (small) pool, table tennis, Wi-Fi etc. The top floor houses 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms so both our sons had their own rooms. We arrived in the afternoon and received a warm welcome from Giacomo who gave us a tour around the house and the accommodation. It is a house with a long history which Giacomo will tell you all about if you are interested. Both Giacomo and his parent are kind and helpful and the made us feel really welcome during the two weeks we were their guests. Besides making us feel welcome and sharing some local history Giacomo also has a lot of information about the area and he can tell you from experience what is interesting or not. He will take his time to inform you and is always available for questions. The coast offers a lot of nice beaches and there are many interesting villages or cities close by. You can visit Monaco or Cannes in France and a lot of characteristics Italian villages in the mountains. In short, a great vacation in a beautiful house with very friendly owners.

Mooi, sfeervol en goed onderhouden appartement met eigen tuin en gedeeld zwembad

Mooi, sfeervol en goed onderhouden appartement op de eerste en tweede verdieping van de villa. In de grote tuin heb je een eigen deel, en in een gemeenschappelijk deel van de tuin staat het heerlijke zwembad. Het andere appartement heeft de ingang aan de andere kant van het huis, waardoor je allebei je privacy hebt. Giacomo is een prettige en vriendelijke man die je veel kan vertellen, bijvoorbeeld over de prachtige omgeving. Hij is, net als zijn ouders, zeer behulpzaam, denkt met je mee en is altijd bereid je te woord te staan of te helpen. Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad!

Locality: away from all (for example, from disco bars at night, or street noises in early morning), and at the same time near to everything (beach, scenic trips, local restaurants). It is Italy as it was once and what you want to find now. The place is noble: with its own chapel and with noble family history. The house is old: and it means there is no need for air condition. The stay there is natural and enjoyable. The kitchen has everything you need. Barbecue in the garden. The design of each room is unique. This place is especially suitable for for pairs and large families who appreciates real values.

E stato un grande piacere stare da Giacomo. E un ospite squisito. La zona e piena di belle scoperte come i giardini Hanbury o piu verso l'interno i paesi aroccati (Apricale, etc). In breve, un soggiorno sia rilassante che stimolante!

Gastvrij onderkomen in een prachtig huis

Wij verbleven zo'n 10 dagen in het ruime appartement op de bovenverdiepingen. Het is een bijzonder huis, al meer dan 300 jaar in de familie van Giacomo en zijn ouders. Wij (gezin met 2 tienerdochters) waren de eerste gasten die zonder auto hier kwamen. Wij redden ons goed zonder auto, fietsten veilig over een fietspad naar het strand bij Camporosso en Bordighera, en ook het mooie Dolceacqua is via een fietspad te bereiken. (op fietsen die Giacomo voor een wel heel schappelijke prijs verhuurt). Toch zou ik aanraden om de auto niet thuis te laten. De directe omgeving van de villa en het bijbehorende terrein (prachtige tuin!) is nl aanmerkelijk minder goed onderhouden. Met een auto rij je daar zo voorbij, en is het ook makkelijker om meer plaatsjes in de bergen te bereiken. Het busvervoer is nogal beperkt nl. Het appartement zelf is zeer goed onderhouden, sfeervol ingericht en zeer comfortabel, met maar liefst 3 badkamers. Wij leerden ook nog wat Italiaans uit de kinderboeken die op de zolderkamer liggen, ideale lectuur! Ik zou deze woning eerder aanraden voor een gezin met wat kleinere kinderen dan voor gezinnen met tieners. Het was tamelijk warm, en het verkoelingsbadje in de tuin hebben onze dochters grotendeels links laten liggen. Enfin, gelukkig was er wifi...!

Une belle surprise

Nous avons passé quelques jours magnifiques dans la maison de Giacomo. Un très bel endroit, vraiment très confortable, et très joliment aménagée. Il ne manque rien, les matelas sont excellents, la nuit est absolument calme, la cuisine est parfaitement organisée, et le jardin environnant est un superbe endroit, vraiment idéal pour les enfants, qui ont d'ailleurs bien profité des jouets mis à disposition. Giacomo est absolument charmant, enthousiaste et accueillant. Les alentours permettent de magnifiques ballades dans la montagne, ou l'accès à la mer à 3 kilomètres, une région à découvrir. Grazie Giacomo!! E buona fortuna!!

Fijn huis meteen geweldige tuin

We hebben een paar heerlijke dagen gehad in het comfortabele huis van de eigenaar. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien en gezellig ingericht. Voor ons was vooral de tuin een groot pluspunt. Vele oude palm- en olijfbomen, bougainville en blauwe regen. Bovendien stond er een pingpong-tafel en een klein badje om verkoeling te zoeken. In de hangmatten hebben we vele uren doorgebracht. De locatie is uitstekend voor uitstapjes naar zee en binnenland. Rocchetta Nervina voor canyoning, maar ook Dolceacgua is de moeite waard. Aandachtspuntje: het huis was lastig te vinden. Op ons navigatiesysteem met coördinaten niet te traceren. Na een telefoontje werden we door de eigenaar opgehaald.

il relax della campagna ad un passo dal mare

La posizione è ottima a 3 km dal mare e la sistemazione è confortevole e di fascino in una vecchia casa perfettamente ristrutturata e immersa nel verde. Il servizio offerto è molto buono, il proprietario gentile e pronto nel fornire suggerimenti ed indicazioni utili per il soggiorno ed i giri in zona. Oltre alle località costiere, più note, meritano la visita i paesini dell'entroterra della valle Nervia come Dolceacqua o Buggio. Caldamente consigliato.
