About this property
Recently renovated historic villa, pool, beautiful view, 20 minutes from the beach
Casale degli Ulivi is an 18th-century villa that has recently been completely renovated.
The villa is isolated from any other homes, so there’s no risk of being disturbed by neighbors. A car is necessary to reach the nearest towns and shops.
It is located 5 minutes from the town of Morrovalle, nestled in the quiet hills of the Marche region: here you’ll have the opportunity to truly unwind, sample the cuisine of the Marche, and reach cultural destinations such as Macerata (with its historic buildings and concerts at the Sferisterio) and the various ancient villages in the area, or to head to the beaches and cliffs of the Adriatic (Civitanova is the closest, but Numana and Sirolo are also nearby).
Travelling along a beautiful avenue lined with centuries-old olive trees, you’ll arrive at the farmhouse, situated in the centre of a vast garden (about 6,000 square metres), perched high above the surrounding farmland, offering a spectacular view of the fields and rolling hills stretching all the way to the Apennines on one side and Mount Conero on the other; the garden has no boundaries, as all the cultivated fields around the house belong to the same property.
The villa is very spacious (approximately 500 square metres) and spans two floors.
On the ground floor, there are several living rooms, allowing even large groups to split up, as well as a dining room and a modern, well-equipped kitchen with a central island and direct access to a covered patio featuring a large table for dining outdoors and enjoying the view.
On the ground floor, the sleeping area is divided to accommodate several families, ensuring privacy for each with its own bedrooms and bathroom: there are essentially 5 sleeping areas, all separated from the central hallway by doors.
Three of these sleeping areas each have two bedrooms and their own bathroom.
Two sleeping areas each have one bedroom and their own bathroom.
The sleeping area therefore has a total of 17 beds in 8 rooms: all rooms are spacious and comfortable.
On the ground floor, upon specific request (subject to availability), an additional room with a double sofa bed for two people can be arranged; however, this room does not have its own bathroom.
The garden slopes gently down towards the pool, offering a panoramic view of Macerata and the entire Apennine Mountains. The pool is not fenced: it measures 11 metres long and 5 metres wide, with a constant depth of 1.4 metres along its entire length; access is via steps running along one short side of the pool.
Near the pool is a wooden changing house with a small bathroom inside; also near the pool is a large barbecue and a brick pizza oven, with two large tables made of Moroccan tiles next to them so you can dine in that part of the garden as well.
Recreational amenities include an antique pool table with pockets, a ping-pong table, a foosball table, and children’s games. Wi-Fi and TV are available.

Everything in accordance with the offer. Owners very polite and helpful. House very large, well maintained and stylish. Peace, quiet and lots of space. Pool clean and well maintained. One of the best houses we have rented with frieds in Italy. Highly recommended.
We had an amazing holiday in this beautifully restored farmhouse set in a stunning location. Rolling hills, incredible sunsets and the spacious living areas and grounds, made it a holiday to remember. Luisa and family were very welcoming and attentive hosts. We especially enjoyed their recommended caterer who came to the villa to provide a delicious locally sourced meal. Also, the opera in Macerata was a highlight! We were a 3 generational family and the house provided amenities for all with lots of different areas. A particular hit was the outside wood fired oven and bbq. Despite being a group of 19 it never felt crowded. It is a secluded tranquil location but a short drive to historic towns and beaches. We would definitely go back again!
Grazie Luisa e famiglia.
We had a wonderful week in this beautiful house, surrounded by stunning scenery. The house is spacious, very well equipped, and comfortably accommodated our group of 15 people. The rolling hills and fantastic views made the location truly special, and the sunsets were absolutely beautiful. The large, well-maintained pool and the wood-fired pizza oven were real highlights. Luisa and Francesco are wonderful hosts—very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. We would be delighted to come back and highly recommend this place to others!
Dear Samir, we are sad you gave us only 3 stars, we consider not appropriate to our property, as we have only 5 star evaluations on all house renting web platforms. Perhaps, in case of better communication during your stay, we could have solved your issues
