The Space

Penthouse Two is positioned at the front of building offering full seafront views from Portland Bill lighthouse to Torbay and beyond. The apartment is all on one level and features:

Two Bedrooms: The master bedroom with a Superking bed and ensuite bathroom, newly renovated with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has easy access to a separate family bathroom with a bath.

Modern Amenities: Each bedroom includes a wall-mounted flat-screen television. The open-plan living/dining/kitchen area has two large sofas, one of which converts into a sofa bed for extra guests. The dining table seats six, and the living area features a 42" Smart TV with surround sound and a Blu-Ray player.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen is fitted with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, fridge, integrated double oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and separate freezer.

Comfort & Convenience: Underfloor heating throughout with separate thermostatic controls

A private wraparound balcony with patio furniture for Al Fresco dining and sun loungers, Astro Turf makes the balconies comfortable underfoot.

Each apartment has a child's step up stool, optional non-slip bath mats, and cots and highchairs provided upon request free of charge.

Privacy & Security: The private lift is for Riviera Apartments guests only, with a secure entrance at street level and a garage exclusively for guests. CCTV covers all communal areas.

House Rules: For the comfort of all our guests, we cannot accommodate stag or hen parties.
