Holiday home located in the mountains of the Auvergne massif sancy in the medieval village of Besse.
Independent villa consists of an entrance, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc ...) dining room with sofa bed, a living room furnished with TV sofa and 2 chairs leather, five large bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room and three WC.?
Our villa is ideal for holidays with family or friends, allowing you to share in a large dwelling good moments of conviviality !!!
The house can accommodate up to 12 people but it is possible option to pair with a fully equipped apartment for 6 people in the latter basement

The villa is 2 minutes walk from the village of Besse
Enjoy a stroll through the medieval and Renaissance rich history and architectural history. Evidenced by its narrow cobbled streets leading to its beautiful shops, its belfry and mansions of the XII and XVI century.
The property includes outbuildings as car slots, a large green area and a large terrace to enjoy the mountain air !!!

Besse is not just a pretty park with plenty of mountain architecture. This picturesque town built at 1050 meters altitude on a lava cast is led by its friendliness and its festive feel throughout the year.
The village falls within an unusual environment of the Massif du Sancy, offers one of the most beautiful lake in the Auvergne 'Pavin lake', this most mysterious ancient volcano.
You will discover the winter resort of Super Besse and its winter or summer activities.
Not need more than to discover this rich landscape relief of a volcanic past or nature to any such rights !!!

You will be 5km from the ski slopes, you can practice many sports nearby: horse riding, hiking, mountain biking, quads, dog sled rides, fishing in the many lakes, etc .....
You can visit this beautiful region: Lake Pavin Lake Chambon, Besse, Saint Nectaire, Murol Mont Dore, La Bourboule and the breathtaking scenery of the Massif du Sancy.

Le principal avantage de cette maison est qu'elle est située à deux pas du centre de Besse. A part ça, elle est fonctionnelle, relativement bien équipée mais un peu triste car sans aucune décoration. On la remplit vite de vie pendant le séjour, mais de petites choses pour faciliter le quotidien comme des crochets pour les torchons ou un porte-manteaux seraient appréciables.Il faudrait aussi faire des travaux d'isolation sonore car on entend d'une chambre à l'autre comme si on était dans la même pièce. Prévoir aussi le tri dans les ustensiles de cuisine (casseroles en particulier) dont beaucoup sont à jeter car trop usées.

La maison est très grande mais il manque de la vaisselle pour le nombre de personnes prévu dans la location. En plus certaines assiettes étaient ébréchées.Souci avec la cafetière, le chauffage : radiateurs qui faisaient beaucoup de bruit malgré une purge et il faisait trop chaud dans la maison problème de réglage du chauffage. Bouilloire à lacher en cours de séjour. Plancher qui couine. Il y a des améliorations à apporter. Maison dans son jus des années 70. Par contre bonne literie.

bon accueil, gite tres bien situé, spacieux, propre, juste faire attention, il y a 5 chambres avec des lits 2 places, un matelas 1 place a mettre ou on veut et un salon très pratique avec un canapé qui peut faire lit 1 place. 2 salles de bain et 3 WC, parfait pour des familles. Manque peut etre quelques petits amenagements comme des portes manteaux, range chaussures, un plan de travail dans la cuisine MAIS c'était très bien. Je pense que nous reviendrons... Et merci à Linda pour sa gentillesse

Nous sommes un groupe de randonneurs et avons apprécié ce gite tout proche du centre ville à pied, donc très pratique. En dehors des axes de circulation de Besse donc calme. Parfait pour 10/12 personnes, de plus nous avons eu un temps magnifique pendant notre séjour de découverte du massif du Sancy.
