We live two floors below and are always available for any information or concerns.

OTHER NOTES:
The apartment is right in the historic centre, close to all the main attractions (museums, shops, restaurants, Vie Cave etc.).
It's easily reachable and it is immediately behind the main square.
There are toll street parking spots next to the building and free and toll street parking at 5 minutes walking from the apartment.

This ranks up to be one of our FAVORITE stays of all time. The hosts Beatrice & Andreas could not have been kinder or more welcoming. They made our anniversary a simply magical time. From the amazing central location, stunning terrace views to the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in (I had to strip the sheets to find out what it was, lol). The FIVE STAR dinner they prepared to help us celebrate was incredibly delicious and featured local products and handed down recipes. All in all, one of the best stays we have ever had. We can only hope that it doesn’t get so booked that it is hard to get our next reservation, lol.

We had a wonderful 2 nights stay in June. Beatrice is a dream host, communication was thoughtful and friendly starting before our trip, a lovely welcome on day one through to help when needed during our stay. Lots of very helpful info shared which was very useful for our stay. The apartment is perfect, beautiful, charming, everything you need spotlessly clean and views to die for! An experience not to be missed. We loved all of Beatrice’s beautiful artwork and artefacts from her travels, such a comfortable and interesting place to stay, perfectly placed in the heart of the village whilst close to parking etc so even with two big suitcases, not a problem to get from free parking to the apartment. Thoroughly recommend both this home and a visit to Pitigliano, a fascinating place.
