"Spring" Villa with Panoramic Views and a Private Pool

This wonderful villa features several terraces with panoramic views and a swimming pool with an outdoor shower. All five bedrooms are furnished in an elegant Baroque style and equipped with every modern comfort.

The property spans three levels; from the parking area, you can already be captivated by the enchanting view, and after climbing a flight of 20 steps, you reach the first terrace with a pool surrounded by a small garden, where you can relax in total privacy and tranquility.

A few steps lead up to the upper terrace, which invites you to enjoy the extraordinary view and spend unforgettable hours there; here, in addition to a garden, you’ll also find two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one of which features a kitchenette.

Climbing a few steps leads to the second-level terrace, which features: a bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and an adjacent bathroom; from there, climbing a few more steps leads to a living room with a sofa bed and two separate bedrooms with adjacent bathrooms.
From the living room, you can access the top bedroom—which features an en-suite bathroom and a hot tub—via an outdoor patio.
Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, heating, and a private en-suite bathroom, and nearly all have their own terrace with a sea view.

You’ll have the opportunity to experience our traditions with a lemon tour featuring tastings of liqueurs and local specialities in a local lemon grove, where you can immerse yourself in our region and make your own special limoncello.

If you’re the sporty type and love hiking, you can’t miss the many trails that criss-cross the Amalfi Coast from Agerola to Positano—the Path of the Gods, the route from Amalfi to Ravello, and the Valle delle Ferriere trail. Here, you can lose yourself in nature and immerse yourself in the most unspoiled landscapes.
You can conveniently use the transfer service to easily access the most interesting cultural and recreational activities along the coast or to reach the most popular archaeological sites, such as Pompeii, Herculaneum, or Naples, with guided tours led by professional tour guides.

Located 55 km from the Naples airport and 35 km from the Salerno train station, access to the villa is convenient and comfortable thanks to the ample free parking for guests on the property (for two cars) and just a few steps leading to the ground floor.

Other things to keep in mind
A tourist tax of 2.00 euros per person per night is payable upon arrival for the first 7 nights.
Children under the age of 10 are exempt.

Upon arrival, a valid form of identification is required, which will be forwarded solely and exclusively to the relevant police headquarters. The data will then be promptly deleted.
